Room was decent. Had no complaints about the bed. The bathroom vent was out. The ironing board didn't have a cover I had to use a towel. The room over had a pet of some kind. Not sure if it was a dog or a parrot, but something was squirming. The complimentary continental breakfast was okay. The juice dispenser was out of orange and apple juice and they ran out of bacon. I had lukewarm eggs and sausage. I didn't expect a 5-star stay, but there's definitely room for improvement. In the end, just needed a place to crash while at Winstar thank God I was only in & out of my room.

Cost of the room did not meet expectations. We couldn’t get the tv to work, there was not a radio to listen to. We had no control over the thermostat. We were hot all night.

Pool and hot tub were out of service which is annoying when I chose it for that specific amenity

You can't close the curtains all the way in the room. You have about a foot on each side of the window with black out curtains and then sheer curtains that don't block out anything for about 3 feet. Breakfast "buffet" had no bacon left at 8:45 even though breakfast was until 9:30. The hot tub was ice cold. The indoor pool was heated and the best part of the stay, but it needs a deep cleaning. The bed was hard as a rock. The room and bathroom was clean.

When we got into our room, we turned the TV on and saw that it was shattered. I went down and told the receptionist. He informed me that he would need to do some investigation into what happened. He said that the cleaning staff didn't report it so it must have been us. He said "if after investigation we find out it was you, we will charge your card." I said that "it clearly was not us." We hadn't even been in our room 5 minutes. We asked if they could get us a new TV or room. He informed me that they were completely full and couldn't move us to another room. After a few minutes of talking back and forth, they offered us 2 free bottles of water and a bottle of Coca-Cola to "smooth" things over. We were exhausted from traveling all day, so we went up to our room and went to sleep. In the morning, we started really looking around our room. First, there was a used towel still hanging up in the bathroom. Second, someone else's cell phone charger. The bathroom was not clean. In the lobby, there were suckers on the floor., nothing had been swept and the seating area floor was sticky.

Headboard was missing from second queen bed. Husband told me the window inside room looked dangerous as it was moving when pressed like it was going to fall out. Toilet paper stuck in corner of bathroom ceiling covering a hole possibly? Bathtub floor was stained. Staff called our room at 11:01 asking when we were checking out. Elevator button broken. Flooring missing. Room was close to balcony over looking lobby and heard staff talking very loudly at 6am

Didn’t realize the hotel was under construction. New owners 2 yrs ago and they are updating, a good thing. Roof was leaking in lobby so buckets around to catch the rain. Painting hallway, tile missing in elevator. It was good that breakfast lasted until 9:30 and checkout was 11am. When I stayed 2 yrs ago breakfast was amazing. Yesterday, not impressed.

I stayed in a king suite on the bottom floor. The shower floor was broken and had fiberglass sticking out of it. Very dangerous for your feet. The shower head looked to not have been ever cleaned and sprays water in every direction due to the buildup of calcium on it. This room had not been vacuumed and had small debris everywhere. The door to the room has a 1 inch gap at the bottom with some sort of makeshift threshold gasket. The toilet seat has plastic coming apart where you sit. A remodel is necessary to fix these bathroom issues.

People at desk were very nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable.

Took over an hour to get room, wasn’t clean, elevator’s down button was missing, loose wires, sticky floor, AC not working

We had problems with the key cards multiple times during our stay. The first couple of days the breakfast was very slim, no fruit, pastry, or meats. Our room was cold, with a note on the thermostat saying don't touch. The weather outside was in the 40's to 60's. Saturday breakfast was 100% better the day we were leaving. Need to improve on the basics.

They was remodeling

This property is undergoing some intense reconstruction. The hotel was dirty, everything was broken down, it was very uncomfortable to sleep because of how dirty it was. The odors were awful. The only edible food for breakfast was the waffles. It was a very disappointing stay.

The card reader on the door, had to insert 20 times before the lock would open. Mold in the bath tub. Shower diverter broke. Toilet seat delaminating. Plumbing drains slow. Rust on door frames. Holes in entry door. Miss matched paint on bathroom walls. No floor bath towel left in room second day. No coffee left in room 2nd day. My room on 2nd floor, no down button at the elevator, had to carry my luggage down the stairs. No working ice machine on the second floor. A lot of this stuff clearly has been this way for a long time. This place is a mess…see photos.

The pillow was hard, you need more pillows,, and for breakfast one day we had scrambled eggs, chips, salsa beans for breakfast , they were out of food, yall need to have better breakfast
