It was an ok stay broken things in the room ware and tare clean but not the cleanest . Upon getting to the hotel i was charged $150 deposit for one night for incidentals and still jave not got that money back that cost was more the what i paid for the room for 1 night. I have photos but it will not let me add them

Typical low cost stay. Nothing to brag about besides the low price and good location. While I know the rates were low you should skip their breakfast.

Average cheap hotel, nothing to write home on.

Easy to find from I-71. Did not like breakfast items. Very limited, boring, & coffee was bland. Ate elsewhere. Faucets in bathroom needed replaced, both sink and tub. My biggest complaint is that someone put a glade air freshener in the hall outlet directly across our room that smelled like rotting pine trees. Our room, therefore, smelled like that. Why was that even there? What were they trying to cover up? Will not stay there again.

We used it on our way to Noah's Ark. The hotel was small and the pool didn't seem to be in operation. The room was good for families. The breakfast was simple, but the waffles that you make yourself were popular with the kids.

Absolutely adequate, nothing more. Old facility, spotty stained hallway carpet. Shower only and again old and the whole place needs some upgrading.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Thought it was a good value for the price. Not sure if the pool was open but it looked pretty gross so we didn’t go.

Do not even think about booking this hotel! I know the price seems enticing, but you will see why once you see it! Property has not been properly maintained. Had a very musty smell like it had been closed up for years. The bathroom sink and mirror had not been cleaned. Mold accumulating on shower head. Stains on bed skirt and one on sheets. The wall beside the bed had very visible black dirt all over it. Windows had not been cleaned in who knows how long. We were told the pool was open, yet it was green and stagnant. I did not even stay there 15 minutes upon arriving. It honestly felt unsafe as well. I wasn’t even asked why I wanted a refund and was told by manager there was nothing she could do because I went through a third party to book the stay, which ended up being a lie. I called Comfort Suites back after I left to kindly ask again for a refund because I had to book a second hotel for the same night. I’m sure my number was recognized and they hung up on me twice, so I immediately called back on my sisters phone and miraculously they answered the call, but once again was told I would not be receiving a refund. I will never look for a good deal on a hotel EVER again! Lesson learned, Comfort Suites!

Great for opening weekend at Kings Island

I have stayed at this hotel probably close to 10 times over the years. It continues to be a clean, neat, and well-maintained hotel, with rooms that provide all the essentials. When they can keep the cost under $90 per night, I will continue to stay there on my trips to Mason, Ohio.

Three Night stay to go to King's Island Amusement Park. Quick check-in for a 3rd floor room. Room had 2 Queen Beds with standard firm spring mattress with a pad on top. Also had a sleeper sofa. Beds had 4 smaller pillows, but the armoire had an extra blanket and pillow. Comes with a coffee maker, small refrigerator, and microwave. Building had a small indoor pool, which seemed busy. Not a lot of road noise from outside, but just like every other hotel, you hear doors open and close down the hall all night. Kids running down the hall, loud talking... etc. You are minutes away from King's Island, so there are going to be kids. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, oatmeal, and make-it-yourself waffles... etc. Close to Mc Donalds, Wendy's, Tokyo Grill, Outback Steakhouse, Buffalo Wings, and more... plus a Speedway to gas up. Worth the money.

When the shower was completely shut off (or at least I thought it was) I was running a bath and had my head over the faucet. Well the shower still came on and got me all wet. Other than that I had a nice clean room that was quiet, the breakfast was good and the people running/owning the hotel were nice and friendly.

When we arrived we found the shower had no hot water. They did move us from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor. The room beside us kept slamming their door closed as they had the inside lock on the outside of the door so it never closed 100%. They woke my kids up over 3 times. I asked them to stop and they didn't. I called the front desk where stated the room#209 I was in and they kept saying room 188. Seriously? Explained what was going on and they did Nothing. So they terrified one of my kids so bad he had a accident in the bed where they charged me a $150 for their lack of responsibility to their customer. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had period.

The hotel is absolutely gross! Our first room was not clean! Old gross pull out couch, food all over the microwave, crumbs all over the floor along with hair, stains on the bed sheets. Front desk clerk gave us a different room. The second room was worse than the first! We left. The hotel charged my credit card for the $100 deposit and re charged my card for the room even though I paid for the room on hotel.com. When I called the hotel to question the charged the front desk worker hung up on me!!

Front desk was very great and there was a small problem that they solved immediately. A man named Money deserves honorable mention! I have to say that the breakfast eggs and sausage were cold the first morning. Much better the second morning Overall happy with my stay.
