Comfort Suites Oshkosh

We stayed here for a basketball tournament. Chose the hotel because it had a game room and pool. Unfortunately, they had a private party rent out the game room which was disappointing. The front desk was helpful with all needs. Room was clean and comfortable. Other rooms were not clean according to others in our party, however we didn't have any issues.

Sofa in room was filthy, but I didn't need to use it. Bathroom had some mold growing, etc. Could use a good refresh. Bed was comfortable and seemed clean.

I was disappointed with how old and dingy the hotel was. I saw good reviews and expected better. It just felt dirty and old. I was also very frustrated with the 'blackout' curtains. The light outside of my room was very bright, and I couldn't block it out very well to sleep.

The hotel is what you'd expect for the price tag I guess. The heater in our room was nothing shy of obnoxious. It was bad bad. We left it off the entire time making our room cold but it would randomly kick on for a matter of seconds during the night waking us up. The walls were also not good for noise reduction. The room next to us had people loudly talking from 2:30-6:00 AM resulting in a terrible night of sleep. The game room was alright even though the change machine and foosball table were out of order. The pool was decent although they typically didn't have any towels available. In general, if you're looking for a cheap hotel with a pool surrounded by plenty of dining options, this one fits the bill. If you're a pickier type of person that's looking for a nicer place, don't go here.

Bed comfy, pillows decent. Our shower had two shower heads which we were super excited about but only one had hot water so the other was pointless.

Had a great family gathering here. We used 4 double queen suites and loved the clean rooms, spacious bathrooms and nice tubs for soaking. We had a fun party in the conference room! Perfect size for our gathering. NICE breakfast also! THANK YOU!

Showers a little dirty around chalk. Someone was in the first room they gave us.

I liked the options for the game room, there was a big stain on the pool table, so that should be cleaned up. The shower grout was yucky looking, some bleach would be good! The staff was very friendly, I liked the mints and cookies and coffee that was available upon our arrival. Our room was comfortable and the bed comfortable too

Staff friendly and room beautiful

There was an electrical fire (small and in laundry room) during our stay. The staff handled everything so well!! Kudos to them!!! Give them all a pat on the back for doing fantastic!! However they should not put their lives endanger for guests. That’s the fire fighters job, Give them a list of rooms with guests and go on. The staff had to check every floor/room with guests. Which is very unfortunate had the fire been worse!! The fire was very small and minimal. There was a bar of soap opened sitting high up in the shower, so there is no way they cleaned it fully. Should have been offered a discount for our stay, but was not.

The pull out couch was cover in white and red stains and the sheets on the bed were inside out and dirty on the underside. Also the fire alarms started going off at 10:00pm due to the fact that the dryers lint trap where not cleaned out. No one would relay any information to us while waiting to return to our rooms.
