Comfort Suites Summit County

Beds were fairly comfortable and convenient to skiing. better than getting up at 4:30am to drive

Nice clean property convenient to both Breck and Keystone ski hills. A little expensive for a Comfort Suites, but it is all about location. Everything was nice and clean here.

Kids/wife/myself had a great time.

Love the pool and the hot tubs rooms were great continental breakfast was great the only downside is the 4:00 p.m. check-in

This hotel is definitely old and dated. It has a weird smell to the rooms and doesn’t feel fresh and clean. I know that linens were clean, but it just has a musty feel from being old and dingy with old carpet. I will, however, say the beds were comfortable, and the pillows, too, I was very happy. We all slept well. The dining area is very small and hot so it’s hard to really get breakfast in the morning because there’s not space and the heater is blasting. It definitely is a three star hotel, no frills and thrills but a basic place with free breakfast That gets the job done

All was good but expensive

The toilet clogged 1st use a d we had to have someone come into oir room and fix it. Shower did not drain which was discusting. Sidewalk was not maintained and it was oure ice going tp outdoor hotub and we watched someone take a bad fall. Overall we paid way to much for this stay and I would not recommend it.

The outdoor hot tub was great. The breakfast room was too small for the number of guests. The pillows were tiny squares that made sleeping difficult. I'm exhausted from 4 sleepless nights.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping did a good job to keep everything looking clean. It is evident that there is some construction going on which is a little eyesore but nothing to deter you from going again. I think only drawback would be there is only 1 elevator so if anything were to happen to it then you would get concerned, but it did not happen during my time there.

Good location

Overall good stay, however the indoor hot tub had no jets due to “the humidity makes the drywall on the ceiling mold” and then we were woke up at 7am to a 30 minute fire alarm, and fire alarms the night before that we were told we’re just faulty and having issues. Tv also didn’t work for 2 days for some reason and randomly popped back up. Lots of towels, staff were amazing, and cleaning staff was super sweet! But just had some moments that sucked for the price.

The room I was staying in smelled like smoke. I had asked for a smoke free room. I was never informed about construction on the property. This lead to many issues throughout my stay: fire alarm going off almost everyday. Power going off throughout the whole day. On top of this, staff was never around to explain what these issues were about. This was occuring on my wing of the hotel. Housekeeping was only done once out of my 4 day stay. When I asked about housekeeping, I was told I had to ask for it every day. Previously, I had ordered housekeeping everyday. I'm not sure where the disconnect was. There is no laundry when it was listed as an amenity. One ice machine located on the 3rd floor. Location and staff were good. Property needs improvement.

We liked the room with living area, full breakfast and hot tub outside.

It smells in all the hallways like there is mold under the carpets. Bathroom fans is so loud. mine and whom ever was next door to me. and the worth part my should would not drain fast enought and water comes up to your ankles by the time your mid show.

During my stay, the fire alarm went off at 1 AM. After our evacuation, we found a room to be flooded with water. The hotel had no other accommodations so in the middle of the night we had to find another hotel. They did not assist in this in any way. I have yet to see any refund, although we have asked more than once and I have filed a claim. The staff has been less than accommodating. Will never stay there again and would not recommend it.

Good location for airport
