Dirty damp carpet, food stuck on dishes that's supposed to be clean.. a crab leg in between fidge & stove...I take my own cleaning supplies so I was able to clean. I requested extra sheets to put on the floor. Other than that. Our kid's enjoyed themselves

We stayed here 17 years ago and we loved it then and was very happy to see it is the same. Loved the memory walk I took.

I didn't like the fact that my room wasn't ready they didn't know what time it will be ready so they put me in a room that didn't have air i had to buy a fan maintenance didn't come til the next day then he couldn't fix it i asked for another room they didn't have one then i got a call around 3pm saying they had one and we can go ahead and move grant you i was told i had to move so that the room i was n can be ready for the next quest so i went back to pack and was locked out maintenance couldn't get in either they had to break in the key pad was broke.new room on Sunday night the toilet was stopped up i call was told someone will b there they never came etc.etc.

It was a nice experience for a 1 night stay. Bed comfort, clean room & hallways, excellent transport access and great communication from the staff.

The compassion and consideration in the customer service. Communication is key; listening is essential. Staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was memorable !

I loved everything

For scheduling reasons I arrived before my check in, and the very kind lady was able to check me in ahead of time to be able to provide me with the parking ticket, while we were on the beach enjoying waiting for our room which they could give to us 3 hours before I appreciate that very much! The only drawback was that I asked for extra blankets and sheets that never arrived, but I forgive you for helping me before.

I loved the space of the rooms, comfortable beds, and the gorgeous view from balcony. I was pleased with the different pools available and access to the beach. My only complaint would be the parking in the parking garage due to difficulty finding a spot and it being very crammed.

Compass Cove website highlights freshly renovated rooms. Which was the deciding factor for me to book there. But… I was bestowed a stale, outdated, dirty, damp room. The paint/wallpaper reminded me of The Bates hotel, the beds creaked with every movement, the A/C is beside the bed…literally, the carpet floors was ALWAYS damp to the touch (not walking barefoot on that) the bathroom smelled of urine (which I cleaned with Mr. Clean) the kitchenware had crusty food residue and the elevator guaranteed a 3 to 7 minute wait time per trip. It was a dump.

Not the cleanest place we've stayed at, filthy behind the pull down bed, tvs were smudged up, torn room curtains, exhaust fan and outlet didn't work in bathroom, torn furniture, alot of mold on ceiling especially. We were offered another room but would have to wait a day or more til another room was available. Parking was hectic, alot of rude people Parking in 15 min parking and leaving their vehicles there with no consequences. Its for loading and unloading. We liked the restaurant and the breakfast. Outdoor showers and hoses need fixed. We didn't get breakfast passes we were supposed to get at check-in. Our waitress at breakfast said for some reason it happens alot. Beach view was great, cold ac. Beds were ok. Our 1 tv kept disconnecting from the cable/wifi the whole time. Fortunately we were there to enjoy ourselves at the beach and having fun and not living in our room the whole time. Was a good price fo 9 nights with beach view though, compared to other resorts.
