코플리 스퀘어 호텔, a FOUND 호텔

It was a cozy setting but the music sound from the outside was so loud until 1:30am

호텔이 꽤 오래된거 같아요. 몇개가 좀 기능이 나사가 빠진 느낌 엘리베이터도 좀 상태가 안 좋고, 정문 자동문 센서도 잘 안되더라고요

-엘리베이터 하나는 완전 고장, 다른 하나는 작동하나 아주 늦게 움직임 -하우스키핑 매일 안해 줌 -룸에 커피, 물 없음 -매트리스 다 꺼짐 -사진과 방 상태가 너무 다름 -세면대 청소가 제대로 안 되어 있음 -카펫에서 습한 냄새 -호텔 내 식당이나 바에 대한 안내 없음. 호텔 안에 식당과 바 없음 -인터넷 속도 최악

The location is very good. About 10 min walk away from Hynes convention center and common park. The city is very clean and safe that i could go run every morning. The workers were very nice. At first in my room, the refrigerator didnt work since it was unplugged and no consent was available so they offered me another room. At the second room, refrigerator worked but the heater wasnt good enough.. No hairdryer (you should ask them) No iron (you should ask them) Free bottle waters Next time considering if the price is cheaper than other hotels, i would stay at copley for its location. But

The bathroom was gross. There was either blood or other bodily fluids on the sink where the bath towels were. Someone used the toilet and didn’t flush.

Very close to WNDR museum and The MFA. Bathroom was very small

Everything looked beautiful, and it was all very clean. The building was old, so there were some things that are old, but that gives it the charm. We parked at Copley Square Mall.

Not that great of an experience. Touch points such as outlets and light switches were covered in filth, the inside of the bathroom door has brown splatter marks from something gross, the bathroom shower drain was clogged. The floors felt gross on your feet, the trim was very much not finished and a lack of routine maintenance on appearance of baseboard trim and crown moulding as there were scuff marks, dirt, and uneven moulding and trim. If I expect to pay around 200 a night, I expect to pay for something that's more desirable and clean rather than run down feeling. I spoke with the general Manager about these concerns and issues. Hopefully a refund of sorts can be headed my way soon, as well as a redirection in their maintenance/ cleaning staff. I'm not one to leave unhappy reviews, but I as a consumer was genuinely unimpressed especially since this is supposed to be a historical building. You'd think there would be more pride.

It was a safe haven after a canceled flight my room was clean the staff was kind. The hotel was warm and the decor was charming I felt like I was in New England.

Very friendly hotel, comfortable, and beautifully situated in Back Bay Boston close to Prudential Center.

No breakfast. Not enough towels

This is the third time I have stayed at Copley Square Hotel, and plan on staying there again next year. From the most courteous staff to the comfort of the room, I cannot think of a better place to stay.

Excellent location. Close to subway stop and adjacent to shopping and multiple restaurants. Also next to grocery store. Very quiet at night. Clean comfortable rooms. Older hotel but nicely renovated. Would definitely stay again.

Property meets my requirements which is near prudential center with reasonable price. Complimentary hot beverage in the 1st floor is a plus

Quaint, historical landmark property with a lot of character. However, only one elevator operational. And that one was working at snail’s pace, when it would finally come to your floor (either lobby or floor of room). Coffee machine was nice but tucked away a bit from the lobby area. Unfortunately, we had to move rooms at the midpoint of our stay and were offered no assistance or comp for the hassle. Hence the aforementioned elevator unrealistic notion to use the stairs for multiple luggage pieces plus extra loose items already hung up or unpacked. This change was due to a plumbing leak that also affected another room in the same vicinity. Apology noted and appreciated! Although— being told that due to the Expedia reservation— they were unable to adjust or modify the room rate to accommodate the inconveniences was a tad disappointing.

Hotellet virkede nusset og slidt. Jeg fik et værelse, hvor aircon/varmesystem larmede utroligt meget så måtte skifte værelse omkring midnat. Jeg blev så opgraderet til et værelset med lignende problemer omend mindre, men hvad man ikke vidste var, at der under hotellet ligger en klub, hvor man selvvalgt kan høre musikken - herunder bas - tydeligt. Ikke super veludhvilet efter et opholdet. God beliggenhed, hvis man vil bo tæt på Back Bay.
