I've stayed in the annex about 7 times now and its always great. Somehow quiet indoors despite the busy street. Friendly staff, restaurant just next door, and a little grassy area for my dog to sniff.

Hot cookies and bottomless soda for hotel guests. Awesome indoor pool area!

Everything in one place

I liked the fact it had gaming and free coffee. It was clean and I felt very safe. The bed was comfortable.

The site was hard to find since there is no signage out front and it is inside a casino. The room was comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay.

My mattress was over used, to the point that there is a dimple in the center the size of a fat person

Everything is great

Most everything was OK. My original room booking for a king was at the annex building across the street, and not knowing took a room in the main hotel since I already had my bags with me at the check in. The main building is a mini casino with your room steps away from slot machines with people smoking right out your door, even though it's a non smoking room. There wasn't a lot of noise though, rooms had decent sound proofing. However, my big issue was the internet. As someone always doing business on the road, it was absolutely terrible. Slower than 2G cell service and constantly losing server connection, making a normal task that would take 2 minutes turned into 20 minutes, 5 minutes to attach a 200kb pdf to an email after trying 3 times due to lost connections. Won't be going back here for that alone. Otherwise, the beds are comfy, friendly staff.

Always enjoy staying here. Nice staff. Convenient restaurant and bar. Rooms are always nice.

Very noisy on the first floor of main building. Also lots of street noise. Bathroom was so small an average sized person could hardly go in and close the door.

The pool and steakhouse were nice and the rooms were nice. I didn’t expect to be put across the street, beware there is a lower rate for the rooms across the street which were nice but not by my friends and the pool which was what I’d expected… good breakfast and dinner. Check out the Mexican restaurant across the street it was a hidden gem!

Check in was very pleasant and the person I spoke with out under breezeway was super nice to me

Loved the easy check in, staff was friendly and great. I only wish the pool hours were a little longer especially since it is an Indoor pool

In Nevada smoke free is important. This room was nicely smoke free. Night staff was fantastic as one member of our group got travel sick and they quickly addressed our needs with towels and shower repair options.

Some of thestaff was rude, aswell room not ready at check in time.

We enjoyed the little extras in our room…like comfy pillows, bedding, beds, water in the fridge, Dove products, cookies and mints…just very charming. The desk clerks were so helpful and apologetic when our room wasn’t ready on time…short staffed but all was handled well.

We arrived at 2pm, which was supposed to be check in time. No rooms were ready. They said come back at 3. Still no rooms ready. They told us they would come get us from the casino as soon as our room was ready. At 3:30, we went back up to yhe front desk, and they were checki g people in. Was quite irritated that they didn't dp what they said. The room , once we actually got to check in, was nice, clean and comfortable.

The parking was great and it was centrally located.
