All the staff were very nice and helpful. The lobby and hotel room were clean and neat

Stayed for one night, room was cozy, comfortable and quiet. Very unique Hotel. Will stay again when in Lancaster.

Very nice place..just make sure you get the top floor as the old flooring is noisy

For the money, I would have expected more. Everything IMO was average. There is only one elevator, the walls are thin and sound travels.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cork Factory Hotel. It was a beautiful property. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. The walls are very thin and we could literally hear our neighbors on both sides conversations as if they were in the room with us. Maybe it was the acoustics on the top floor. Even despite the lack of privacy we would definitely go back. The bar was great, we didn’t eat at the restaurant but did get a dessert to go that was delicious. The Lancaster District Market is close and we loved how amazing it was. We also really enjoyed the downtown area and our dinner at Bubes Brewery in Mount Joy. Great trip overall!

We love the Cork Factory. Love the exposed brick, roaring fire in lobby, hotel restaurant, rooms, ok….everything about it. Many trips to this hotel. All perfect.

Hotel in a old cork factory was unique and restaurant bar was great

This was a very nice historic hotel with a restaurant on premises. We were not able to get a drink at the bar during this stay due to a wedding party, but I have both dined and had drinks at the restaurant before, and enjoyed it. The building history is cool.

Historic former factory, which I like. Nice lobby with fireplace. Room was clean, but bland white walls (2 queen beds), not with cool looking, exposed brick walls as seen in all pics. No coffee or tea set-up in the room.,( or in lobby.) You will be driving around to get your coffee. Bed was great, very comfy. Bathroom was excellent, but with those cheap, individually wrapped disposable water cups used in motels. Restaurant unavailable due to wedding, and closed for breakfast. Based on all, it was average, not bad. Although I liked my good night sleep here, I'd probably not choose again as I expect coffee in the morning and food availability.

Enjoyed our stay at the historic Cork Factory Hotel. It was very quant and the staff was friendly. My husband used the small gym. We got coffee in the lobby in the mornings. The room was very spacious with a large living room, large bedroom, and large bathroom. Parking was in a safe and secluded location in the middle of the cork factory buildings. Bed was pretty comfortable. Heard the upstairs room walking around a little bit because of the age of the building but did not impact our stay. There's also a small store to buy snacks in the lobby.
