Finding the door to get in was odd, there is only one door and it’s in the rear of the house. The yard needs some attention, walking path coming apart, uneven stones. Have to walk through grass, old, Painted fence coming apart, nasty looking. Landscaping unkept, garage door coming apart, the outside needs a lot of attention. When walking inside there is an awful stuffy smell. There is mold on the ceiling in bedroom around light fixture, the walls need to be professionally painted, kitchen could be better equipped, bathroom has holes in wall at the very tiny shower. A plus was there was a washer and dryer and the bedding was clean.

The location was great. The place is older, but kept clean. It rained 2 of the days we were there and the yard flooded making it hard to get in without going through mud. The surrounding houses did not seem to have the same issue. Roaches were a big problem, we had a shoe set aside just for them and killed 8 on the last day alone.
