Came to stay with my dogs and the area where they deemed for the dogs outside was disgusting and full of trash and not lit at night. Around the property there were needles by another tree. Truly not safe for dogs or people in general.

Bathroom and room cleanliness was terrible given nightly rate. Water is $4.50 a bottle in the lobby, and none is provided upon arrival in the rooms. Not even a single bottle which is standard everyone including some motels. Truly poor.

Hi, I requested a room without service animals and asked housekeeping, the manager, and the desk clerk to have one available since you are a no-pet hotel. I have a terrible allergy to animals, even service dogs. No one seemed to know about this request. I did a room check and took the room offered. The restaurant was closed for dinner on Labor Day. The break service stopped after 9:30 AM. I had to go out to eat. I had selected a hotel for in-meal availability. The place was attractive and clean, and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend all hotels have rooms that are used only for non-pet or service animals. I was not told about breakfast time, and no meals in advance. The pool and courtyard were nice. Thank you.

Very good clean and quiet

Not at all impressed! For what I payed I expected way more than I got. Room was expensive nothing like the pictures. I couldn’t even get a cup of free coffee. I am very disappointed. Shower floor and bathroom floor wasn’t in good condition.

I booked this hotel because breakfast was included. Apparently AAU Jr Olympics were in town so breakfast was for the athletes on a pre-order basis. Everyone else had to pay ($15 for eggs, $4 for bacon…) The prices were ridiculous. The room was nice but not worth the money. It smelled like pot in the fitness center and the pool deck area. Management did nothing. Never again.

I was here spending time with a very large group. Upon check-in, I was required to pay for my entire stay plus a DAILY incidental fee. I have NEVER had to do that at ANY hotel I've ever stayed in! This caused me a severe inconvenience. It also made me feel like I wasn't trusted to stay here. The drinks and food available at the hotel was very expensive and since there is no continental breakfast, we took our money elsewhere. Charging $40-60 more than the normal rate for this weekend and still not offering free continental breakfast is a huge opportunity lost for this hotel. Lesson learned for me because I travel alot and dont see this as being traveler friendly. My room had not been vacuumed because there was debris on the carpet and I ended up with straight blondish hair on my socks every day when I took them off. The trash cans had bags lying on them but not properly lined inside, just hanging over the sides. The actual set up/furniture placement of the room makes it difficult to rest. The shower door wouldn't stay closed so I had to put a towel in the jamb. There was mold and water stains in the shower. I was here from Wednesday to Saturday and my room was not refreshed. When I asked about it, I was asked if I needed towels. I said no but I have trash. They said to set the trash outside the door. I have pictures that show much of this but the app will not let me attach them. Because of this experience, I will never stay at a Marriott hotel again.

The actual hotel looks nothing like what the pictures are showing online. It’s very outdated

It was clean, but the air conditioner did keep the room below 75.

The area is terrible my car was broken into and all of my belongings was taken terrible area

The courtyard was loud well into the night the entire stay. Rooms were more dated than I realized when booking but the beds were comfy. Plenty of space for luggage. Tables for eating in the lobby were awkward at best and I hate eating in my room because of mess but that’s what we ended up doing. The pantry for food and drinks was beyond over priced….. even for a hotel. Conveniently located but there are better stays to be had.

No air in hallways. Air worked intermittently in room.

Had an amazing stay, only thing I would say about the property is that they need to fix the A/C units. The A/c goes out at night and doesn’t turn back on but other than that I had an amazing stay
