Courtyard by Marriott Houston Pearland

Visited this Marriot on a recent trip to Houston. This location is situated within the Pearland Town centre. It was difficult figuring out google maps where it was located but basically in the middle of Pearland town centre. Parking is at the back. You can access the building from the parking lot which leads you to the lobby the prooble I had was the smell. They put a super strong air freshener that is sickening. It’s not normal that it has to be that strong so I am assuming it’s to present pests the hotel is clean but old and carpet is worn down in the hallways. My room looked clean and fine and actually spacious/ had a couch with a pullout bed which was nice. The service at the hotel was nice. We needed clean towels mid day they brought it up. Another day we needed a working iron and they brought up a new one/ Cleaning of the rooms looks like it’s only done maybe 3x in a week stay but we had no major issues. As the property is in the mall it’s convenient to walk and shop. A few decent restaurants in the area. This location was also close to where we wanted to be so it ended up being very convenient for us/ Other than the bad smell that wafts from the lower entrance into the elevator and hallway it’s a nice place.

The bed was too soft and sunken in badly. There was hair on the matress pad, the bath tub and the floor in the restroom.

Housekeeping knocked on our door at 7am, waking us up. A while later they came back and opened our door without knocking and nearly walked in on me undressed right out of the shower. The front desk offered us late check-out for our troubles.

Loved the location of the hotel. Would have preferred to stay somewhere where they offer complimentary breakfast but the surrounding facilities is what made this stay better. Tv and AC unit need to be upgraded a long with the Sheet rock in the room ceilings.

Hotel is outdated, towels need to be replaced. Tv had no remote and if was very noisy.

Stayed at Marriotts a few times over the years and they always charge you for every little thing they can. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

I didn't expect this hotel to be as elegant as it was. When I walked into the lobby, I thought I was in a luxury hotel. It was nicely decorated, had a great little bar area and offered a nice snack/dinner menu. The loaded tots are amazing by the way. The room was just as nice as the lobby area. I would recommend this hotel. The price for what you get was almost too good to be true. We stayed New Year's Eve night and only paid $120 for the room. I would have expected at least double for as nice as it was.

Everything was great at the property, only issue I had was the ac was loud, sounded like it was ready to give out made it a little hard to fall asleep, but after a few drinks the sound didn’t bother me much

No mirrors in the room made it difficult to get ready . We were there for a wedding and only mirror was inside the bathroom door , which could only be used from inside when the door was closed.

The room was very stinky, I would definitely not choose to stay here again!

it was a safe area. it is located in a shopping center. you have buzz in in order to get in.

It was a good stay but the toliet stopped flushing and when I called they said they would send someone on the last day and never did.

The rooms need renovating, carpet old and smelly.

It was a great experience loved the location and friendless.

The hotel is depressing. The photos are misleading. The carpet is si old and dirty looking. The lightning was horrible. The room was super small. The furniture us out dated. There was a homeless person whi appeared ti be on drugs outside. I would definitely not recommend.

I had such a wonderful stay at the Courtyard Marriott in the Pearland Towncenter! The front desk staff was absolutely amazing hands down!!! They were extremely courteous and kind! They were very informative about our stay and very welcoming anytime we had a question. The room was very nice, clean as well as cozy! The sofa bed was not comfortable at all and needs to be upgraded. The bed could have been more comfortable and there was a not such a pleasant smell on my pill. It may have been the detergent that was used to wash the lien. The decor in the lobby was absolutely amazing for Christmas and the Bistro was very nice and intimate. There was an area right outside of the Bistro were you could plug your electrics such as laptops, tables, cellular devices etc. My family and I sat in that area for a little while and enjoyed the ambience! There was a beautiful Christmas festival that was going on in the town center that we attended, and I love the fact that when you walk out of the hotel, you are right in the town center. We had dinner and were able to shop and did not have to drive because we were in the center of the attractions. The outside terrace was very nice as well. Very peaceful and tranquil! I highly recommend anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay, to choose the Courtyard Marriott in the Pearland Town Center!
