The soundproof is not working well. Staff will prompt you to check out too many times. The facility is satisfactory.

Hotel was amazingly convenient to the conference center. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was super helpful! My o ly complaint was that there was only 1 elevator working and it was slow as molasses!

Just ok took long time to check in

The hotel was under construction and we were not notified prior to checking in. The restaurant and bar were closed. There was no breakfast offered or coffee. The air conditioner in the room was not working. Because of the construction they lost electricity in the entire hotel on the day we were checking out so we had to carry our luggage down five flights of stairs to check out.

Everything was under construction. There was a nightclub next to the hotel and the bass was thumping till early morning both nights. We got no sleep and were traveling with our 6 year old.

Booked and paid IN ADVANCE for a specific room type only to be told at arrival after being put in a different room, the room type I booked wasn't available. Unacceptable. Hotel also was under renovation and no mention was made it would be. Renovations also included materials in room corridors which posed safety hazards, especially for thosee of us with mobility issues.

The hotel is under construction which was never mentioned to me when I called the hotel to ask some questions before booking. The constructions is actually the whole lobby. Being in a hotel that is under constructions and paying regular price doesn’t make any sense. I spoke to the manager the next morning, just to tell him that if he would book a hotel, I’m sure he would like to know in advance that the hotel is under constructions, so it’s better to let people know before booking. The girls in the front desk were not professional.

The heat did not work in our room and when I called the front desk they said they would send someone up but no one came. Also the room said it slept 5 but it was 2 queens. So I asked for a rollaway bed and they said I couldn’t have one in that room even though it said it slept 5.

Hotel was clean, a lot of renovation going on when we visited. Our room was good size and we had no issues during our stay. Not directly near all the tourist attractions however it makes the stay safer and quieter.

The staff service was best part of stay. They accommodated our requests and provided for our needs. Negatives: There is a club across the street that was open until 2:00 am, the music was so loud it rattled our windows all night and into the morning. Hard to sleep. Hotel was under renovation. So no breakfast provided. Would not stay here again.

In the middle of construction which is the only reason I gave 3 stars for a few categories. Staff was nice, but not energetic. Just nice enough.

I love this hotel. Staff is excellent.

Overall, it was an unpleasant guest experience. The rating would have been even lower if it was not the management's assistance to get us a rollaway bed after Expedia messed up the room type. Also, Expedia saying about guests receiving $130 tour credit is false. I asked the front-desk, and they said they got that questions a lot but there isn't such promotion provided by the property. The property is under renovation so one could feel the dusts in the air as soon as you walk into the lobby as there isn't any plastic cover for all the constructions. * Room condition - clean and has basic amenities. Shower drainage was not good, so the tub had angle deep water by the end of a shower. Body soap bottle had no more soap even after a housekeeping service in the morning. * Check-in experience - didn't explain the housekeeping frequency or any other details about the property. * Guest service - either not answered the calls or didn't send up any towels as housekeeping only occurred after the 3rd night of stay. The housekeepers in the hallways were very nice and helpful when I asked for fresh towels. * Noise - very loud club/party music played somewhere near the property past mid-nights for 3 straight nights. Rooms are right above and next to the street sidewalks so you could hear people talking loudly or yelling outside at 2 am. Room rates have jumped compared to pre-COVID but housekeeping and other services go the opposite directions.

We didn’t receive house keeping services until our last day there, the hot tub wasn’t working or even available to use, although they advertised a working pool and spa area. The lights flickered CONSTANTLY, our rooms hairdryer was missing, the shower was falling apart where the handle would literally fall off. The hotel was under construction and there was construction equipment everywhere including the hallways. The walls were thin and you could hear anything going on in the hotel.

Did not know it was Valet parking only, plus was not told about the construction and no breakfast included as indicated.

If I knew there was a nightclub with super loud bass and music, i would not have stayed. We did not sleep. It was horrible. And room shakes. Pool was dirty. Not cleaned. The condition it was in warrants 75$ per night. Not 185$
