Albergo bello pulito, piscina esterna carina, un parco per una breve passeggiata. Tutto bene a parte l’aria condizionata in camera eccessivamente rumorosa !!! Obbligato a spegnerla.

Staff members were always nice and the room was clean and quiet.

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay in RB. Clean, plenty of parking, nice facilities. Will stay there again. Courtyard by Marriott is usually predictably nice. Comfortable bed.

Excellent customer service at check in and bar

Rude inconsiderate staff. I was EMAILED not called but EMAILED at 7pm, that they had to relocate me to a sister hotel down the street because of a maintenance issue in my double bed room. Instead of accommodating me at their hotel, they sent me to another hotel that did no notify me that I’d be placed on a single bed room. So when I got to the room and it was not a double bed that I booked and paid for, I headed back to the front desk to sort it out. That’s when they told me all of their double bed rooms had been all booked up for a week! Why would I be sent to a hotel that could not accommodate what I booked and paid for? Because the staff and management at Marriott San Bernardo could care less about my reservation since I booked from Expedia (a third party) and these reservations “are not priority” It was a mess. I obviously needed somewhere to sleep that night so guess where I ended up? ON THE FLOOR! As I had 4 people in my party. Mind you, I was dealing with all of this at 10pm. The only response I kept getting from staff was “there’s nothing we can do for you.” It was the worse hotel experience I’ve had by far.

Great service. Made to feel very welcome. Comfortable bed. Room was a little run down but it was very clean and comfortable.

Upon check out I was informed that a hold was put on my credit for 50.00 dollars for incidentals or possible damage to the room. I am very disappointed that it is still pencing 10 days later.

Everything was good

The floor drain in the shower was clogged the first night. On the last night the toilet stopped refilling. Overall, the taxes and fees added $250 to my stay. I hold Orbitz, as well as the hotel responsible for the lack of transparency.

Had ants in my room no towels by the pool and when asked for towels they didn't have any had to go up to my room to grab the towels there was no water in the room to even make coffee in the morning. Will not stay there again

Quiet and secluded located in a cul de sac. Room was very nice and well kept.

The property is clean and upated. The staff members were very gracious. An excellent experience.
