I wish Expedia had it noted somewhere that the pool was closed because of renovations.:) I have a sad 10 year old.

I was disappointed because I booked this hotel because of the indoor pool and spa. No where on the website did it say it was under renovation and the pool and spa would not be available. We did not find out until the day we arrived. I was very disappointed.

The room was conveniently located close to elevator and back parking lot door. Extra pillows, towels and complimentary coffee was a plus.

This was our third stay at this hotel, but we won’t be back in the future — the hotel is being renovated but has taken no steps to shield guests from the negative impact of renovation. Parking was extremely competitive, there was a ton of noise at all hours of the day and night, and the room was shabby. All of this, plus an extremely unfriendly front desk clerk, meant that the stay was extremely overpriced for the experience provided.

I didnt like how i booked the place for its courtyard only for it to be close and driving in felt like it wasnt even open with all the construction going on. They dont even offer complimentary breakfast like every other hotel free breakfasts in the morning was always the best part of staying anywhere. I know now i will never stray from the hiltons again.

Brought my teenage son and his friend up for the weekend for Busch Gardens, booked a King Suite with a sofa bed so everyone could sleep comfortably. Paid in full for our room and when we arrived we were NOT given the room that was booked. It was a King with no sofa bed, nor did they have cots available. They brought extra pillows and blankets … because someone had to sleep on the floor. I asked several times for some other type of accommodation, and kept being told they were completely booked.i reserved the rooms and day and we most certainly could have went somewhere else to accommodate our comfort in the night. Terrible

The hotel is under construction so i had to drive around 3 times trying to figure out where to enter. While the hotel was clean and tidy, the exterior is a mess. Had I have known it was under construction, i would but have booked a room. Also, while my room was clean, the carpet needs to be replaced. It's dirty and fraying all around the edges. The location was perfect and no issues with parking.
