Cozy Mountain Motel 

Small motel with exactly all you need for the night. No more, no less. Comfortable beds.

We were traveling on Tesla and the hotel management helped us with charging our car since the nearby charger was broken.

Friendly, easy check in. Clean, quaint rooms with very comfortable beds/linens. I was looking for a throwback to the days of the roadside motels, instead of major hotel chain and the Cozy Mountain made us smile. Thank you!

Cozy, clean, convenient

Absolutely a perfect resting spot after a 12-hour drive. Such an easy check-in process and friendly owners. This is the only area I would stop at at all. I will definitely be stopping in again when I head home.

Easy check in and check out

Our stay was perfect. We had the easiest and most efficient check in and check out. Great room. Very comfortable. We loved the high quality linen, bath towels and the softest, highest quality toilet paper. A rare find in any place.

It's just the nicest motel in Austin!

Small, but very comfortable. It suited our needs perfectly, there to explore the outdoors in the area. We brought our own groceries in and would recommend this. Especially during the off-season right now, bars and restaurants are spotty at best. We enjoyed an evening of whiskey-drinking at the International but the restaurants in town were closed during our stay.

Nice place to stay during hunting season

Expectations pretty low for Austin NV and this place exceeded them. Bummed the Toiyabe Cafe was closed, but Middle gate _only_ 64 miles away. We spent four days looking for rocls and it was super nice to have a central location to spoke out from.

Well maintained and welcoming…especially the cat! Very well mannered and friendly (but not too friendly). We enjoyed our time.

Great place to stage and explore the surrounding area. Close to the convenience store and the rest of downtown. Thankful for trailer parking across the street.

This is a small motel, but clean and friendly. A great place to stop if you enjoy ghost-towns and a nearby view. We've stayed here twice for the convenience. Be sure to check out dining options before arriving. There was only one restaurant open and it turned out to be good. The bar that was open didn't serve any food.

While the room was small, it was very clean and they use high quality sheets and towels and toilet paper.

Comfy beds, warm, cozy rooms, clean and safe… a perfect mix for a mountain getaway

This is a unique isolated old town in a low population area. The room was small, but clean with comfortable bed. Does have microwave, mini fridge, and TV. Great area for star gazing.

No closet, clock, phone, small and no instructions on how to use TV.
