I read many bad reviews before getting there. However it was better than expected. It was not a new room but not that dirty and there was no smell at all. Workers are not that much friendly but did everything I requested. 24 hr coffee service was good and they served free plastic plates fork nife and microwave on the 2nd floor. There wa a fitnessroom that I did not see on website although they had only several pairs of dumbels and 2 cycling machines and one yoga pad. Several groceries are near there and I could easily buy something to bite. Finally it is very easy to reach MTA heading to manhattan. It takes only 2-3 min! If I have another chance to go to new york someday I will reserve this hotel again.

만족스러운 숙박이었습니다

맨하탄에서 매우 가깝고 전철타고 바로 맨하탄 미드타운으로 진입할 수 있습니다. 값도 저렴한 편입니다. 조식도 줍니다. 바닥에 카펫도 없어서 깔끔한 편이고, 매일 수건도 갈아줍니다. 화장실 수압도 좋고 더운 물도 잘나옵니다 겨울이라 추울 줄 알았는데 난방도 잘됩니다. 다만 세탁실이 따로 없다는 점, 조식 공간이 좁다는 점은 유의해야 합니다.

The hotel is basic, but it gets the basics right. Very affordable hotel in NYC with great access to public transit. As long as you’re not expecting the Ritz Carlton, you will be fine.

A real dump You get what you pay for

Convenient area to everything you can need, train and bus nearby withing a few minutes of midtown Manhattan. No frills rooms, small with all necessary amenities inside. We did not have a mini fridge which would have been convenient for leftovers from our restaurant stops. The only negative i would say is that if you want to leave your bag for an early check-in or late check-out you have to pay and extra fee for a secure area behind the counter if not they keep your bags outside in the lobby "at your own risk" which is inconvenient if you get there early or have a late flight. Other than that, positive experience and nice place with access to a central transportation hub.

Sally von der Rezeption ist sehr bemüht, den Gästen zu helfen. Hat uns vom Kellerzimmer in den 8. Stock umgebucht. Dort wohnt man gut. Frühstück mit bagel und Muffins Recht dürftig. Lage zur Subway super, 3 Minuten

I took the bus into NYC and I only stayed one night. The hotel was clean and reasonably priced for being so close to the city. Breakfast was juice, cereal and pastries. The subway station was a block away, which was great! I would stay here again.

Pessima esperienza. All' arrivo personale scortese, inadeguato, ci spiega che per motivi di over booking dobbiamo recarci in un altro hotel, (prenotazione pagata, fatta mesi prima e confermata) senza nessun preavviso e senza nessuna informazione dettagliata in merito. Disguido riferito nell' attimo del check-in, alla tarda ora, senza uno spostamento organizzato perdipiù detto con toni e atteggiamento scontroso nonostante il torto. Oltretutto arrivate all'altro hotel suggerito che non era per niente informato sui fatti, aveva ricevuto dati anagrafici errati, e che è stato circa 40 minuti a risolvere la situazione, nell' incertezza e con tanta fatica. A quel punto è toccato aspettare un' altra ora per avere la camera con un giro di chiamate e impazzimenti vari.

O Hotel é simples, mas a localizacao é fantastica. Perto de duas estacoes de metro que te levam ao aeroporto ou a qualquer lugar de NY. Considerando que o preco é mto menor que os hoteis localizados na ilha, e que ainda tem um cafe da manha, achei incrivel.

This hotel is centrally located and near a number of subway stops, Court Square and Queens Plaza. The bed was comfortable. It would be nice is there was a mini fridge and microwave. The room is pretty small, but for the $$ it was a good value.
