주변에 식당가가 부족함

Staff are very friendly, whose name are GAADYS, ALIVA at checked in counter

공항주변이라서 그런지 시설대비 가격이 비싼편이였음. 레스토랑시설에 비해서는 메뉴는 다양한편이였음.

Lots of amenities. Good food in the lounge. Close to airport with shuttle service. Phone in room was old and did not connect to the front desk or anything as the buttons say it should and coffee maker did not work.

The staff were excellent. Room was good. The location is a little hard because not much around. They have an airport shuttle that runs frequently.

I booked this hotel last minute. The check in was easy and staff was nice. The outside and lobby were nice as well, but the room was total opposite! The room had a bad smell and was old with stains on the ceiling and walls.It needed updating very badly! It felt like I was staying at an old roadside motel. I travel a lot and this is probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Not worth the money to stay here!

Nice staff and close to Airport

Staff was great no clock in my room and fan didn’t work in bathroom so all my stuff was wet from steam of the shower

It’s not an bad hotel the staff is very professional but the hotel itself is old and deteriorating

They failed to mention that there’s a huge club every single night that’s open until 2 AM and you can hear it clear as day through the “sound proof walls” also lots of ppl smoke if weed that pretty sure we got a contact high and we ended up leaving to get better sleep at the airport

ニューアーク空港からホテルは送迎バスがあるのでそれをりようするとして、今度ホテルからニューヨークにいく場合一旦ニューアーク空港へ戻るのではなく、徒歩でNJ TransitのNorth Elizabethまで歩けば（徒歩15分位）ニューヨークのペンステーションまでの電車が出ているので便利です。朝に歩いてNorth Elizabeth駅まで歩きましたが、沿道に小学校があり多くの子供達も歩いていてそれほど治安が悪いとは思いませんでした。

Unsatisfied frustrated , walked in to a bunch of men smoking marijuana. The front desk was so unprofessional. Not sure why the cleaning lady was knocking on my door at so early? The coffee machine was broken, sink was clogged I have to say terrible night.

Great friendly staff. Room needed some TLC, very dated. Bed was very comfortable. Close to the airport. Price was reasonable.
