Great stay bathrooms and bed clean friendly staff!

Breakfast was included in my stay and it was better than most hotel breakfasts. That being said I wouldn’t pay what they were charging guests who didn’t have it included. There were a few lights out in the parking lot which made it dark. The shower was kind of small and could use a new shower head. Walls are thin. Lobby was nice.

The young man at check in was very nice and helpful with questions. Property is very clean and quiet. Easy walk to the Mall directly across the street felt very safe.
The gentleman at the lounge/bar was very professional and friendly.

We stay here often and are usually pleased with our stay. This stay wasnt as pleasant as the hvac unit in our room would turn on a d off throughout the night waking us up with its rattling. Wasnt too pleased this stay as.we stayed 2 nights visiting with family.in the area and not getting much peaceful sleep. As IHG MEMBERS we requested a later check out to.recover and were.denied. might have to reconsider staying again as we love it here typically but have witnessed a decline in quality over time.

I didn’t like their breakfast. It was subpar at best. The eggs and potatoes were cold and the breakfast sausage was terrible.

The customer service was great. The mattress on the bed was hard as a rock, there was a big hole in the blanket that my knee kept getting stuck in. At 0300 I thought I would try the pull out couch to sleep on but there were NO linens available in the closet or the drawers. In the am I went to shower and there was mold in the shower and a suspicious looking brown stain on one of the washcloths. I will not stay here again.

Room was clean, and quiet. Staff was professional. Like the fact that the mall was basically across the street. We picked this hotel because we wanted to do some holiday shopping. We had a great time. Highly recommend.

Excellent location for nearby casino and shopping centers. Clean rooms, spacious and convenient parking. The bed is comfortable, I wish they have softer pillow options for someone like me who prefers slim pillows 😊

Positive-The hotel staff was excellent-
Cons- the restaurant and bar are closed on Mondays and we were not told, so that was disappointing. The hotel rooms and hallways are dated and the bathroom has no exhaust fan and the door does not close all the way or have a lock- there was a two inch gap on the bottom part of the door- shower not super clean- decent to stay at for a night but would not recommend for a longer stay- again staff was wonderful, property was lacking
