크라운 플라자 피닉스 에어포트 - PHX, IHG 호텔

I can consistently count on the Crown Plaza for parking, a nice room with everything working and so easy for jumping on the rail.

Overall had a decent experience however the property could use some upgrades/refurbishing

Nice Property

The tub didn’t drain and the bedding was stained.

It was clean however it could use an update! The beds were comfy. The room was a normal size. The bathroom was nothing special. Older metal tub and the shower curtain did not cover the whole tub. Not favorite place.

Catfished... the photos do not align with the actual hotel. Food choices terrible. Food quality terrible. Bar tender was in a rush to close. Not returning.

Check in was easy and enjoyable.

The museum across the street excellent, worth the visit.

When I booked parking was included then they charged $12 fee to park. They don’t accept cash for dining, terrible way to run a business

Perfect place to stay when flying out of sky harbor phoenix! Awesome breakfast voucher offer and wonderful lounge restaurant for evening dining and free airport shuttle every 1/2 hour 24/7 😀

I do NOT recommend this hotel! I booked 2 rooms on Hotels.com. When we checked in they could only find one. I had to access my tablet to prove the second room he asked to take my iPad to the back. What?? This took me off guard. I reluctantly said okay. Didn’t think I had a choice as he was still saying we only had one room. He came back with my tablet and had verified the second room. I enquired as to why he would need to take my iPad. In a very rude and sarcastic tone he said I asked your permission. I said I don’t understand why and what other choice did you give me? His attitude only got worse! He made it clear 3rd party bookings are substandard! Then I was surprised to discover a parking fee. I somehow missed this when reserving the room. We were only sleeping 8 hrs then moving to the airport parking. We told them no parking we will just go to the airport parking early. At this point the night manager noticed I was upset. She asked me what happened. I explained the problem as the rude kid defended his actions and continued to have an attitude. She then said she would comp our parking. At checkout, the parking was not removed. The man at check out removed it. We left. Our aunt staying in the other room, checked out later and was told the charges were all put on her room as our credit card was declined! What?? Total lie! They all went through our card just fine and if not was that the way to handle it? So disappointed and will never stay here again!

This is a good option when staying near the Phoenix airport. The offer free shuttle to the airport every 30 mins 24 / 7. The beds were comfy.
