pros: - If coming from the airport, taking the link train and getting off at Symphony station is very close to the hotel. - Located in downtown, so it’s convenient for both going to the convention center and sightseeing. - Relatively affordable price. cons: - The slope on Seneca Street is quite steep. It was really tough pulling a suitcase from Symphony hall station to the hotel. - If booking through a third party (e.g., Hotels.com), they hold a $200 INCIDENTAL charge. This is a policy, but there was no prior notice about this. -> Fortunately, it was refunded immediately after checkout. - The Wi-Fi speed in the room was surprisingly slow. It was noticeably slower compared to other places like cafes or the convention center. - The staff was unfriendly, especially the woman at the front desk in the afternoon. I asked if I could change rooms because the Wi-Fi speed was too slow for my work, and her response was, "Moving to a higher floor won’t make the Wi-Fi faster." When did I ask to move to a higher floor? I don’t understand her attitude. To add, they didn’t change my room. - In terms of room assignments, I noticed that the hotel tends to assign people of color to lower floors when using the elevator.

It was decent for the proce

I loved the easy access to all of Seattle. Prime location

Everything was clean. There was decent city views. Staff was professional. The only thing is that I booked beforehand and when we got there which was around 3:45ish they still didnt have any rooms available. We still had to wait after 4 pm. That was a bit annoying after having a long day and had been travelling since 6 in the morning. But other than that everything else was great.

Check in was average... nothing redeeming about hotel...comfy bed though...which is important

I plan to come to Seattle and explore again and Crown Plaza will be where I stay again for sure. Everyone in the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean as was the entire hotel. Right away at check in the staff made me feel welcome and allowed early check in which was amazing! The size of the room and extra space for luggage was great. Location was so convenient for walking and catching the Link. Super super happy with the experience

Quality place to stay within walking distance of the link, busses, and rail cars. Pike place is literally a walk. The front desk is super helpful alongside the cleaning staff that are amazing. Id recommend this place for any downtown seattle adventure.

Property was walkable and close to many things downtown. However some small outdated things that didn't function properly in my room, and the room was not very quiet. I could hear the elevator and noise in hallway and other rooms.

I came here for my birthday weekend and it was a really reasonable price. So when we walked in, I was mind blown at how fancy it was for what we paid. It felt like a luxury experience.

Nice hotel, great service, perfect location.

The hotel was pretty standard. A little dated, but okay. I arrived about 10 minutes before check-in time and my room was not available yet, so we had to wait in the lobby... but the room wasn't ready to check into until 30 minutes after check-in which sucked a little. The valet was amazing and their service is absolutely the best I've seen. I loved how central the hotel was to all the things I wanted to experience. I didn't even have to take my car out of valet, I was able to walk around everywhere... just look out for the zombies on the sidewalks
