Charmant hôtel historique, bien aménagé, personnel très aimable, très bon petit déjeuner, dans une jolie salle. Mais cet hôtel mériterait des travaux de rafraîchissement. Nous sommes arrivés un jour de pluie, et il pleuvait dans la chambre. Nous avons pu changer de chambre sans problème mais notre nouvelle chambre sentait l’humidité aussi. Beaucoup de moustiques également. Quant à la piscine, elle est mal entretenue, l’eau n’est pas bleue comme sur la photo mais plutôt verte avec des saletés au fond. C’est dommage.

The room are nice and spacious, even for four people. Tiffany, our housekeeper is kind & dutiful. She's very creative with the way she cares for your room and belongings. The overall staff was inviting and knowledgeable about the area. The breakfast is great, good options. My only complaint is, i wish the serve turkey beacon. Everything else is perfect.

The room was clean, spacious and included a microwave and refrigerator. The towels were fluffy and clean the amenities in the room were abundant. Staff were friendly and had a plethora of information on places to visit and restaurants to try. The area felt safe and the grounds of the hotel are immaculate.

We had a really memorable stay at Crystal Bay. It is a very warm and friendly hotel, all the staff are really friendly and have time for you. The reception staff, cleaners and restaurant staff made our stay extra special. Jesus at breakfast is a happy friendly friend to everyone. The breakfast is excellent and with lots of variety and sets you up for the day. There is always coffee and water available all day and night which is handy. The rooms are spotless clean by all the excellent ladies always smiling and helpful and I mean clean with towels and linen changed and refreshed on a daily basis. Crystal Bay is in a great position and very central for all the beaches and local amenities and parking is excellent and plentiful. This hotel is special, I've stayed in many hotels and very few of them are this friendly and homely we where very sad to leave and one day will return. A big thank you to all staff and also patrons whom made our stay so memorable.

Had a lot of personality, a very homey feel it reminds me of my grandpa's house in a good way. Cute “welcome” decorated into the blanket, along with free extra amenities available to grab whenever.

Such a beautiful hotel! It was extremely clean and they add a lot of nice touches to the rooms. The breakfast is very well done, and all the staff was so kind. If I’m ever in the area again, I will be back.

We stayed for two nights. It’s a historical building that’s well maintained. The pool is nice and clean and location is at a short drive to many beaches in the area. Staff are great and very helpful from Jennifer the manager and Jose who prepares delicious homemade breakfast everyday to everyone we interacted with. Just want to mention that the spacious room we stayed in was on top floor and AC wasn’t cooling off the room enough, specially the kitchenette area. I’d also recommend having a small closet or chest in the room.

It’s a nice place to stay. The staff it’s really nice and friendly. I needed a crib for my baby and they put it in my room right away. The only thing that we didn’t like it’s the smell in the elevator and the hallway, it smells like old wet. Other than that nice place.

Historic hotel. Great breakfast buffet. Wonderful staff. Keyless access.

I love the hotel it’s very close to everything. The staff are very nice and friendly. Welcoming environment. I will recommend it over and over again.

Nous avons été plus qu’étonnés par cet hôtel. Le mot Historic n’a pas été ce que l’on pensait. Nous ne nous sommes pas senti bien mais grâce à la personne de l’accueil nous avons pu partir avec remboursement après la première nuit alors que nous devions en faire trois. La bienveillance a été de mise grâce à elle. Alors je ne rentrerai pas plus dans les détails concernant le confort de cet hôtel. Je pense que ce n’est pas réellement en adéquation entre nos attentes et le côté « historique »

I didn’t know what to expect when staying at a hotel with a historic designation, but I was pleasantly surprised. The aesthetic and visuals of the hotel from when it was more relevant are preserved; it feels like it was made to be a time capsule of sorts for everything except for the important modern updates (plumbing, flat screen TVs in rooms, etc.). Wonderfully delightful staff, always helpful and attentive. The room itself was much more spacious than I anticipated. The complimentary breakfast had tons of options every morning: eggs, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, waffle maker, muffins, toast, bagels, fresh fruit. And every time we left our room we came back to our beds tidied up and our linens and toiletries refreshed with nice note from staff. I have two small boys (7 and 5) and they had plenty of room to hang out and not feel cramped. Me and my family felt overwhelmingly taken care of and we would love to stay here again given the chance.

Great for a short or long term stay

Delicious hot breakfast with variety of choices. Coffee, tea, or cocoa available throughout the day. Easy parking.

Great area off the beach, but right next to it- amazing parking lot. Breakfast was okay. The facility is historic, so just remember that means its a little more loved than your average hotel.
