Kept awake until 2 am by person in room above. Toilet flushes and shower from that room very loud in my room and their continuous movement could be heard. Insulation/sound proofing extremely poor.

Awful. Dirty, no one at deal
Knew how to check me in. Manager on the phone had to walk her through it. Manager lied and said he’d send my $50 refundable deposit for the TWO STAR room back to me and he did not. This was multiple months ago. No clean towels, no decor. Very depressing and price is mid.

Overall, the room was good as far as being clean. But the temperature was 80+ degrees when we walked in. The thermostat was set on cool at 80. We turned it off completely and opened the window. (It's December and 35 out). We left for an event we were in town for, came back 6 hrs later and it was still hot in the room.
Everything we touched was hot-- the walls, the floor, the bed, even the toilet felt like it had a heated seat! The hallway was almost just as warm.

Salle de bain pas très propre. Nous avions deux chambres et c'était pareil. Il y avait des insectes dans la salle de bain. Au niveau du déjeuner il n’y avait rien. Pas de yaourts. Seulement des muffins emballes. Très décevant. Dans la chambre le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas et il nous ont donne une chaufferette portative. Choisissez un autre endroit serait le meilleur conseil a vous donner bien que je ne sois pas difficile.
