Rooms have been recently remodeled. Clean and nice. Not much hot water though

Conveniently located, clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing fancy but perfect for our overnight stay. Felt safe, the employees were friendly and it was convenient to some restaurants and shopping.

Staff was awesome! Room was clean and neat.

There is no elevator and one person in our party had a hurt leg and had to drag luggage up dirty outside stairs. The breakfast did not last long enough, especially for a weekend day. When we went to go ask the staff a question because we kept getting locked out of our room, she was sound asleep on the desk.

The staff are extremely friendly & professional. The room was clean & spacious. The complimentary breakfast was fresh & well kept. I will stay here again.

Good for the price

The price was very good, every staff member that I interacted with was very helpful, friendly and nice. The property was updated mostly but it was not very clean. The floors needed to be cleaned. Out of every room I accessed mine and my 2 sons rooms, the bath tubs were dirty looking because the finishes were done poorly. A couple of them were peeling. The other aspects of the rooms and property were very nice looking. If the price wasn’t so reasonable I would have left and went to a different hotel. By the time I checked in the housekeeping staff was off for the day and the next day for Thanksgiving so I went Dollar General and bought a broom and dust pan and mop.

At check in power outage, insect on bed, stench in bathroom and significant peeled paint in the bathroom.

During the 2nd night of my stay the power to the entirety of the hotel went out around 12:30/1p and was not restored until after 7p. I understand it may have been out of days inn control but it still negatively impacted my stay by not having power for that amount of time and on a holiday no less.

I completed the pre check in on line then had to do it again when I arrived. The smell of air freshener was overwhelming and sweetly sickening. People with fragrance allergies will ask for their money back. Make sure your room is not on the backside which has very limited parking and extremely close to a very busy and noisy street. However the room was apparently clean. The mattress was sagging and noisy with metal wire support frame. The tv was nice and the refrigerator was larger than most.

This place was absolutely disgusting. My family and I stayed there because of the good reviews, but quickly realized we had been duped. The “renovation” quality is highly questionable — fixtures falling off the walls, television remotes that half worked, cheap bed frames that were broken, squeaky and banged against the floor at the slightest move. We initially checked into one room that was filthy— food spills on the night stand, no towels, apparent DNA stains on the bed spreads, dirty floors, hairs on the bathroom floor. We would have left the hotel, but there were no other vacancies in the local area. The staff reluctantly moved us to another room after diplomacy on my behalf did not work. The second room was slightly better. Although the floors did not appear dirty, the bottoms of our white socks became brown with dirt. Just gross! Needless to say, after a thorough mattress inspection revealed no bugs, we still kept all of our bags, clothes, shoes elevated from the floor to minimize bed bugs. Did I mention that in the middle of the night a car parked in front of the hotel with the stereo bass thumping for two hours? Do not stay here. Listen to me now and hear me later: you’ll be happier sleeping in your car or in the woods…on a pile of rocks.

My room had bed bugs and I returned to the office to make the attendant aware within minutes of checking in. I showed her the photos and requested a refund. She politely told me I can’t since I went through Expedia. It was a local event and all hotels were booked in the area and I had to spend nearly $300 for one night at the Hampton Inn, they were full for the following night, so I had to spend another near $300 for a second night, it is painfully unfair that I not be refunded since the room provided was unfit for occupancy.

The staff were very nice and friendly. Checking in took less than 5 minutes and checking out took about a minute. The complimentary breakfast was good, too.

Convenient, helpful staff. Bathtub dirty. Outside and inside needs renovations.

Although I had. ore- registered on line and paid, I still had to register and pay again!!!! Please make sure my credit card has not been charged twice for this.

The staff was great! The lady who checked me in was very friendly. The biggest problem is the shower I think. Room had been recently updated and looks great with the new decor, new flooring, new furniture. The bathroom was a different story. Definitely need to update the showers/tub. The bottom of the tub was peeling, it had been painted I assume to look newer but it was not in good shape. I found paint chips later in the day stuck to the bottom of my foot. The stay included breakfast which was pretty good. Price was really reasonable. Overall I would say it was a good stay.

It was comfortable

Staff was friendly. Over priced, breakfast was terrible. Room was okay but shower needs to be replaced, very dated. No plastic cups in room. Very dissatisfied with the motel, I would not recommend or stay there again.
