Outside had some questionable people hanging around

The first room had a hole in the wall, and the where you hung your clothes big gap in the wall. The door its self was not flush. Gap between the door and the wall safety latch was broken. Had to prop chair against the door as extra security measure. Missed breakfast but didn’t see much out, I came st 9:06 and everything had already been put up. Don’t recommend.

The door to the room had been kicked in and poorly repaired, leaving a large gap between the door and frame. The bathroom light was a bare bulb in a loosely mounted and broken fixture. There were black hairs in the tub. Many of the rooms appeared to be residential. I have photos but it seems I cannot include them.

Was not clean at all

I paid $150 for a room which was disgusting. Wall paper pealing, stains on walls, mold in bathroom. Furniture in disrepair. Outside was sketchy at best.

When we arrived arrive 8:15 pm, exhausted after a long day on our feet at the NY State Fair, the motel looked abandoned except for having cars in the parking lot (litter on the ground, overgrown weeds sidewalks, etc). But we had paid & registered ahead of time so we figured, what was one nights stay? Then nobody was in the office to give us our key, and we washed and twenty minutes before finally tracking down the managers. The main area of the room looked clean enough (but worn out), but the bathroom has black mold staining around the roller hinges and rust stains in the sink. Again, we figured we could take it for one night--the bed was comfortable and the fee non-refundable so we stuck it out and slept fairly well. When we checked out I noticed we had been charged a temporary $100 damage deposit-- am awful lot for such a sketchy place, when we've stayed in really gorgeous hotels on NY City that only Levi's a $50 deposit. I'm sure this will eventually be refunded, but still. We won't stay here again.

The one bed had a dead bug in it. The other had stained sheets. They put me in a new room that smelled of smoke. Other patrons were smoking inside the room and wandering around the property. I left immediately.

The rooms were dirty the refrigerator smelled like fish and pretty sure we saw a cockroach

The room was disgusting and moldy. We couldn’t even use one of the rooms. I was supposed to not be charged and now I am fighting for a refund

Everything was filthy, staff was rude, there were people drinking and smoking weed outside their rooms with kids running all around. It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Rooms smelled. A/c smelled. Sloppy renovations. Shower leaking.

We were there for 5 nights - they never cleaned the room. There were overflowing garbage cans outside that were never taken care of. They were very rude when I requested clean towels since they did no housekeeping. I would look somewhere else before booking this hotel.

We left immediately and went to a different hotel. The bedcover was yellow and the room reeked of smoke. Outside the door smelled of urine. The management should talk with social services about bringing in addiction recovery or at least harm reduction support for the folks there. Incredibly sad.

The property is not well taken care of it.

I did not check in because there were shady characters sitting outside if lots of these rooms and i did not feel safe. We learned manny homess people stay at this properry.

The hotel is falling apart, the room we got smelled like mold and had water damage and black mold along one wall and also in the bathroom. When I asked the front desk if they could switch rooms she claimed there wasn’t any available, even though the parking lot was half empty. She also claimed there’s no refund she could do because of the black mold. I would never stay there again in the future. Spend the few extra dollars and stay at a reputable hotel.

I was double charged for my room. Once by hotels.com and then day the motel itself
