Had no towels or Tp in room/ Staff was very rude/ Vending machines don't work/ Microwave don't work/ Bathtub was dirty/ Internet slow/ TV channels are a joke/ Other than that it was fantastic

Everything is fine

Horrible couldn’t even stay the night because of how bad the room was. The AC did not work and the fridge had a horrible smell coming from it making the whole room smell bad and there was centipedes in the bathtub.

Great staff and people loved the stay

Upon my arrival, my reservation was lost due to a change with the system. After much back and forth, I was given a room in a mostly abandoned and creepy motel. It met the basic requirements of a somewhat clean room, bed and shower. I was happy to leave the next morning.

Tub drain was slow,room wasn’t cleaned very well,breakfast was very limited.

The front desk staff did not know anything. Gave us a room key and when we walked in the room was already taken and clothes scattered everywhere. We asked for another room and they gave us an unkept room that smelled so disgusting. It was a terrible experience and the staff was unqualified!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! There were zero towels, shampoo, conditioner, or soap in my room at check in. Took 2 hours to get towels. The tv remote was so sticky it didn’t work. My room was right next to a room that had the window busted out and glass shards were everywhere. There was a huge gap under my room door that led directly to the outside. A large rat could have fit through. The exercise room was out of order. The pool/hot tub was closed. The only ice maker in the whole hotel was broken. Zero water pressure in shower. The breakfast only included waffles, eggs and biscuits. Nothing else. Coffee was empty. And the rate was $180 per night. Ridiculous.

It seemed pretty clean. But everything is run down and the basic supplies usually provided in a room were not present: soap and towels.

Although the entrance to the hotel and pool area seem nice, the hotel room itself was average. The toilet ran the whole time after being flushed until we'd jiggle it. While sleeping, some other guests must have been up smoking weed because our room and all our belongings were penetrated with the smell. And I was unable to sleep due to the smell from like 5-730am.

If I listed out everthing wrong with it it wouls take too long for anyone to read it

I was threatened by the staff and they refused to call the manager when requested.

The rooms were decent given the price paid for them, however getting into the room was another story. I have never had to fight nor hip check a door so hard to get it to open before. When mentioned to the staff they seemed to know and indicated management is aware but hasn't done anything to fix it.

Checked in and emediately noticed a towel shortage so they gave us some towels than headed to daughters house upon arriving back at the hotel ready to get some rest upon climbing into bed found poop on the sheets under the bedspread and headed to the office but no one was around wound up sleeping on top of the bedspread or trying to sleep anyways figured it was obvious that the room wasn’t cleaned before allowing us to stay the next day invited our grand daughter to come over to swim as the hotel had a pool n hot tub but when we went hot tub was cold and didn’t work noticed the pool had what looked like poop in the bottom of it so didn’t get to enjoy either was promised they would reimburse us for night one but still haven’t seen the credit for that been 2 weeks so far since we were there would not recommend any one to stay there very disappointed here

Horrible experience. Checked in and the lady at the counter was nice. There is no elevator to the second floor. Our room was outside 2nd floor as we were walking a guy came out of his room asked us what our room # was. Confused we told him and he said pretty certain “No, your room is inside”. My son saw the room and the window was broken and it looked like someone was in there. We left immediately asked the lady in the front to cancel we were not staying and she said we had to cancel with Expedia Ava someone would call her with instructions. We left reached out to whoever via Expedia and never heard back. Was charged for all three nights. Horrible experience.

Nice place; the hot tub was out of service

Let's get this adventure started in this hooptie motel. I booked a week before our first annual father n son fishing trip ( should of read the reviews ). When we got there to check in, we were giving 121 down stairs next to the office. Key card and readers barely worked. Finally got it to work, and as soon as we walked in smelled like some just smoked 2 cartons of cigarettes. Went and talked to the lady and told her that. So she switched my room to 131 and we went ok. Half the lights didn't work, big stain in the middle of the room. We tried to turn on the a/c ( with wires sticking out of it, made damn sure not to touch them ) but it kept resetting it self, so I unplugged it to see what's going on, and low and behold the plug was burned up ( burn marks all over it, and it was still plugged in) I left it unplugged and took a picture, and back to the office again, told her and showed the picture and said that's not gonna work. So we got room 133. It was a little better, but not much. The refrigerator didn't work, beds had to of been 15-20 yours old. Not comfortable at all. The a/c worked unless you turned below 70 then good luck. Only gave one big towel n two little towels. There was a red stay on the head board, told my son that's your hed. Lol. The door to go out to the car, the whole key card reader broke, so anyone can come in! Not safe. There is only one trash can in the whole room. There cheap, try putting more than one. If you don't have to, don't book at this motel!!!!
