Things did not get off to a great start. We landed in the U.S from the UK to an email stating that our reservation at the hotel made TEN MONTHS in advance had been cancelled on the day! Thankfully we were able to rebook a room over the phone (not the accessible room booked 10 months ago) and the staff were very helpful with this, however this was an unwelcome concern that we did not need. Upon check in the duvet and bed sheets on the bed were filthy. Again, the staff were helpful and managed to move us to another room for one night whilst this was rectified but not ideal after 20 hours of travel. Other than these two issues, a pleasant experience. I have stayed at this hotel a number of times since 2009 and it is great to see the refurbishments taking place. The location is what sells it as it’s closer to
Graceland than the guest house and it offers free car parking.

Has recently been renovated and staff are really trying to improve services. Not much choice of breakfast but it’s adequate and nice waffle maker. Tea and coffee available until late evening and can be taken to room. Rooms are a good size. However no wardrobe space to put any clothes so living out of suitcase. Towels were really thin which do need to be replaced.
This is a great improvement to how it used to be, but still a work in progress. Love the security cameras that show live for the receptionist. Lots of lights outside at night too so felt safer than I would have done without.
Some staff members more helpful than others and the lady who looks after the breakfast area is adorable.
Good effort so far, keep up the good work. Would I return? Yes.

Remodeled and comfortable but our room was dirty (there were huge stacks of hair on the floor and in the bed) so we were kindly moved to another room, however, the floor needed to be swept and there was food in the refrigerator. Not a good neighborhood either.

We were there for only 2 hours! The room was clean! There was no landline phone, no satellite tv, and no Wi-Fi. The male counter person could not do anything and we had to wait for the manager to arrive at work the next morning to discuss cancellation. We booked with another hotel and informed the male counter person that we were leaving and contacting Hotels.com to file a report for cancellation.

We stayed for one night traveling through. Cool locatation being across the street from Graceland basically. I thought the room was very nice. But the building itself is getting old. Room had no phone and wifi did not work. Neat lobby area and clean. Not bad at all for the price.

Tbm ao lado do Resort EP onde pode-se usufruir do bar e Restaurante.
Quarto reformado e bem funcional. Nada requintado porém novo, limpo e confortável!!!

The linens on both queen size beds in rooms 110 and 122 were dirty with brown spots. The towels in the bathrooms were disgraceful. The staff person did not know what he was doing. I suppose he was trying his best. Not mean at all .The breakfast just some muffins and a weak coffee.

Confusion when checking in; did not state that they were serving breakfast; had made reservations for three nights; second night returned to room electric was out never came back on. No management on duty, no other arrangements were made for the other two nights. Customers were on their own.
When loading my car I had fallen down the stairs and I had to call a squad and transported to the area hospital.
I suffered dislocated and broken right ankle.

We did enjoy some of the Elvis memorabilia and records that were hung in the wall. Breakfast was actually pretty good. The waffle was delightful.
