Days Inn by Wyndham Santa Maria

산타 마리아가 왜 이리 숙소 값이 다 비싼지 모르겠어요. 할 것도 볼 것도 없는 도시인데 말입니다. 이 호텔은 하이웨이에 붙어 있어 시끄럽긴 한데 그래도 근처 도보 10분~15분 거리에 코인 런드리, 맛사지샵, 뱅크, 극장이 있는 쇼핑몰과 시립도서관 등이 있어요. 방은 쓸 만해요. 커피브루어, 냉장고, 전자레인지, 다리미, 헤어드라이어, TV, 테이블과 의자, 충분히 밝은 침대 스탠드 등이 있고, 침대도 편했고 시트도 깨끗했구요. 딱 두 가지 흠이 있었는데 욕실 등을 켜면 자동팬이 돌아가는데 그 소리가 너무 커서 소음에 가까웠다는 것, 그리고 샤워기 수압이 좀 약하다는 것입니다. 화장실이나 세면대 물은 다 잘 나오는데 샤워 물만 신통치 않아 좀 답답했네요. 씻을 수 없을 만큼은 아닙니다. 여기서 아침식사는 기대하지 마세요. 그냥 커피 마시는 정도로 생각하세요. 토스트랑 시리얼과 우유 정도 나오는데 직원이 관리를 소홀히 해서 어떨 때는 일회용 그릇이 없고 어떨 때는 커피가 다 떨어졌는데 리필을 안 해놓습니다. 바로 옆건물이 Vons 대형 슈퍼마켓이니 가서 먹거리를 사와 방에서 전저레인지에 돌려 먹는 편이 낫습니다. 그런데 이 숙소는 미국 서민들이 방을 쉐어하며 장기 투숙을 하는 곳인 것 같습니다. 저흰 어쩌다 몸살이 나서 3일이나 지내게 되었는데, 잘 보니 오전 오후 근무 시간대가 다른 사람들 2-3명씩이 교대로 방을 쓰는 것 같더군요. 처음엔 대가족이 왔나 싶었는데 생김도 인종도 달랐고, 교대할 때 마찰을 빚어 서로 욕하고 싸우며 내쫓는 모습도 봤습니다. 그래서 모텔 전체 분위기가 여행객 중심은 아닌 듯합니다.

친절한 직원들은 좋았지만 전체적인 숙소의 상태는 아쉬웠습니다. 특히 욕실이 아쉬웠는데 가격대비는 만족스러웠습니다.

호텔이 아닌 Inn이라는 걸 알고 가세요 묵는 날 화장실 전구가 나가서 고생했어요 카운터에 말했더니 몇 번 방에 왔다 가더니 해줄수 있는게 없다고 후레시도 없다 하더라구요 씻는데 굉장히 불편했습니다 전자레인지가 있어서 마음에 들었습니다

1번국도 따라 여행하는 중간 숙박지로 잠만 딱! 자기는 괜찮지만....아이들을 데리고 있기에는 다른 호텔 방보다 좀 좁았네요. 정말로 위치가 좋으니 잠만 딱 자고 가기에 좋아요. 복도에 방문이 있는게 아니라 주차하고 바로 외부에 방문이 있어서 그것도 좀 그랬구요. 카페트가 오래됬는지 거뭇햇어요. 그래도 딱 하룻밤 잘 정도입니다.

This property is definitely in need of some upgrading, and there are signs the owners cut corners to save. First place I have seen that did not have Kleenex- and the manager offered 'napkins, or something' in their place... one dim ceiling light at the far back of the room, and only one bedside light made the room very gloomy if the drapes were not open. Very cramped, and 'cozy', but did like the table and chairs we could actually use for meals. Bed was comfortable, pillow a little lumpy. Noisy- main route to hospital, and on a busy thoroughfare, so loud even with white noise from the air conditioner running. Frig was a good one, as was the microwave. Breakfast was 'a pastry and coffee or juice' , also bananas on most days, but woefully lacking in breakfast items. Vons grocery store literally next door, so ended up getting breakfast there. Decent location, but not very walkable to anywhere. Staff was as helpful as they could be, but overall will not be staying here again.

I honestly feel bad for this review since the man checking us in was very nice but. It is hands down the worst hotel room I've ever stayed at. I paid for two nights and only stayed the one. The room was filthy, the bed lumpy, the bathroom needs to be completely gutted. We both slept horribly and could not wait to get out of there. Our compact car was more comfortable.

This property says it has breakfast included. It does not. It has some tiny single serve/packaged muffins (like what you might get out of a vending machine), and coffee. Everything else was just average. Nothing special about it, but also nothing terrible either. The staff were friendly.

I would like a refund i didnt check in because i put the date for yesterday and when i paid it changed it to today and i have talked to hotel and they said they will authorize refund

Cool place

I was so shocked at being charged 20$ in cash for a early check in never in my life has that happened. The fact that it also had to be in cash blew my mind.

We arrived around 1:45 to check in unfortunately we were told we would have to pay $25 For an early check-in(which in my experience early check-in is 10 AM 11 AM) Definitely not amazing Customer service very mid. Good place if you’re just coming to stay just for the night, everything was pretty clean for the most part
