The subway station is close by walking. The area around the hotel was safe. The staffs solved the difficulties as soon as my complained.

The hotel is pretty run-down. I thought there would be an improvement from the last time in October 2024, but the hallway, rugs, and the bathroom toilet, noises the entire night... nah.

The building itself was old but the room was kept clean and nice. Near to the Metro station, super market, Starbucks, and many restaurants was a big plus. A little refrigerator in the room would've been nice but can't complain due to the moderate rate of the room.

Great hotel!

The hotel was perfect for a quick stay. The room was clean, staff were friendly. The only problem I had was the AC unit wasn’t great. It wasn’t pumping out much cold air it felt more like a fan and the bathroom fan didn’t work so it would get warm in the bathroom when showering. Could use some maintenance. Outside of that perfect for one night stay. Close to a metro stop and the zoo. I would stay there again

Yall, this is more like a motel! Dirty and off of main, busy road. I'm staying 2 nights and had to pay an extra $100 just to park my car here. I paid $460 total for 2 WEEK nites! Beds are like a board, very hard,carpets are filthy, sink and tub are ancient, stained and cracked. No mini fridge, no microwave like the site said. Coffee machine at front desk with no creamer.... Ice machine is broken,elevator barely fit luggage cart plus just myself. Keycard stopped working TWICE. TBH, I REALLY want to drive the 8.5 hours back home but I can't cuz of my medical appt tomorrow. I'm completely miserable but also broke from staying 2 nights here. Praying there's no bed bugs.

It was a nice hotel, the location was great but the hotel was a little dirty. The staff could have been nicer, but they weren't rude by any means. For the price and location it was a decent place to stay in dc.

There was no microwave or refrigerator and you have to pay $25 for parking per night you’re there.

Over 200 dollars one night and you have to pay the parking fee，no breakfast and drink at the front desk，the room is just so so，but very noisy from the outside in the morning．never stay．

Great location to metro. Rather sad tired property in great need of repair and remodeling. Insufficient furniture and lighting in room. Business neighbors on block said it was formerly a COVID hospital.

We enjoyed the hotel but would have liked a fridge and maybe a microwave. The water pressure was minimal. Housekeeping and front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Please Expedia, take this hotel out of your offerings. This is a rat hole!. Very disappointed and I paid $300 for 2 nights.

Good stay

Very nice neighborhood, close to the zoo and metro. The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is acceptable. I did not like the extra $25/night for parking and the extra $15/night for microwave mini-fridge which makes the total cost per night $40 more, much less attractive than the ticket price.
