The building and room were clean, warm & comfortable. The staff was friendly and inviting. Although this may be a minor thing, the water pressure in the shower was amazing! Overall, our stay was relaxed and very enjoyable.

I booked this hotel 7 days prior to arrival and they still could NOT Get it right. HOTEL is very OLD and outdated. The dirty carpet in the room was nasty. The hotel is understaff. We waited 30 minutes to get checked in. There were 3 people in front of us and probably 8 or 9 WAITING Behind us. The service has a lot of room for improvement. The beds are old and need replaced. We tried to PAY to get breakfast and was told NO YOU NEED A VOUCHER from the front desk. But the front desk doesn't have any to handle out. If I wanted redroofinn service that's where I would have a book a room. I booked the Marriott and it was very awkward and uncomfortable. Just not the same class of service you would expect. Everything we asked for we were told NO- I'm Sorry.... I would not recommend this hotel. Very disappointed...

We needed a special accommodation for our large family holiday celebration, which we did not previously make reservations for. Brian, the hotel manager, went above and beyond to accommodate our request. He also followed up several times to make sure that everything to our liking. He's a great guy and you should be proud to have such a great employee. Thank you so much!

I have stayed at this property before it’s well worth what you pay. The property is clean. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is a cut above most hotel restaurants. The food Choices are better than your hotels options for dining instead of just bar food.
