Perfect accommodation and friendly customer service! Really close to I-5 Highly Recommend

체크인 시점에 payment 관련하려 확실히 확인 후 체크아웃 시점 다시 한번 확인 할 필요 있음 방값과 호텔에서 사용하는 금액을 다른 카드로 결제하려고 첵인 시점에 확인 했으나 체크 아웃 시에 묻지도 않고 오픈되어 있는 카드로 결제함. 카드 취소 과정이 잘 되었는지 답변달라고 요청하였으나, 연락도 없음. 외출 시 방청소 해 달라고 연락 꼭 할것. 돌아와서 방 청소가 되어 있지 않아 문의 했으나 청소 담당부서가 모두 퇴근하여 방청소가 어렵다고 함. 타올만 체인지 해줬음.

Easy to find and easy access to I5. Not crazy about the parking fee since it is an open parking lot. There's another fee for parking in the garage but didn't see a point in paying more for the garage. The pillows were way too soft for our preference but for others, they may be great. No microwave but maybe that's extra and we couldn't figure out how to keep the air on in the room. Not deal breakers for us at all. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. We did eat some food at the bar and the service was great! Food was good, too. Overall, we would stay again.

Very friendly and great rooms

The hotel is very nice: clean, organized, lovely rooms. The only issue is how thin the walls are around the rooms. Every faucet being turned on, every black-out shade being raised / lowered could be heard from my room.

Liked that they had no pets. Thought it might be noisy because of the freeway and train tracks near by but it was quiet. We needed to tavel on hwy 2 the next morning and it was very convenient to get to from the hotel.

When I booked through Expedia, with executive level and prepaid for breakfast, but on Marriott hotel system, they couldn’t find anything for breakfast. Front desk M keep answering “they don’t have free breakfast but I can have FREE food from executive lounge”…..even I showed her my confirmation. Excuse me! I paid for executive level room, I paid for my breakfast! There’s nothing free, and I don’t need anything free, I just want to know where/when I can have my paid already breakfast! Finally, Angelina, a lady who checked me in earlier and with sweet smiles, willing to honour the voucher after listen my words and check confirmation. Thank you Angelina, you deserve a good reward!

Hotel was very clean and safe. Staff was amazing and always helpful. Location we stayed was for convenience to be near family visiting but limited late night food options. We originally booked different location but this place was able to get us a room last minute since previous locations was horrible. Rooms are very clean just like the rest of the hotel. Would stay here again when back visiting family.

Staff were grwat friendly. Rooms were clean Only issue we had was when the cleaners came in they made the bed and changed the towels but did not clean up anything else. We left

Beautiful hotel with all the amenities, great customer service. Only a couple of restaurants within walking distance, but the hotel has a restaurant.

Parking was hard on me as I have a bum knee and I don’t believe given the option of parking garage. I paid $8.00 to park within the fence.

We stayed two nights, we were in a handicap room which was fine; however there was no housekeeping day 2. The handicap shower only had a shorter shower curtain and water from the shower left a 1/2 in of water coving the entire bathroom floor. We put every towel down to soak up the water. When we returned at 11:00 p.m. the wet towels and water were still on the floor. We did not get any fresh towels, water, or in room coffee refilled. When I brought our conditions to the front desk at Checked out, there was no apology…..just hummmm. The water on the tile floor was a disaster waiting to happen as the tile floors were slippery….in a handicap room. That said the hotel is a5/5 for the area, the bar was lovely and bar staff was great.

Very nice place - lobby and bar were very nice. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Also it was VERY quiet! The shower was awesome for a hotel, I loved that the handle was on the opposite side so you can let the water heat up without getting blasted by cold water. Very well thought out. The gym (although I didn't have time to use it) looked nicer than many I've been to with a good mix of cardio machines, free weights and what looked like a cable machine. The pool and hot tub were also very clean. Literally seconds to the freeway for our trip home to Portland... will definitely stay here again!

This hotel was so comfortable and the staff was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here. The restaurant had great food (especially the soups)! Would definitely stay here again.
