Everything was great and above and beyond what I expected. Will most definitely stay here every time I'm in Seattle and will recommend to everyone else as well.

Check is a little weird. I had requested an early check in and it was approved but the code to the front doors don’t work till after 3pm. The guys came out and got us or we were stuck without entrance. Other than that is was great.

The location was pretty convenient. The bowling alley was an added plus!

The Marina is a safe location. A little awkward checking in and getting accustomed to the parking garage and getting to your room. Nice kitchen. Queen beds have poor quality mattresses. Easy access to places in Seattle.

There was no bar soap or coffee. Its minor and I adjusted but keep that in mind for next time.

Near Denny Park and within walking distance of the Space Needle

20 minutes from downtown, harbor, market on the 40 bus. Beautiful rooftop ammenities. Clean and quiet.

Great place and I would recommend staying. For my stay, however, the key was not in the key box, but this problem was pretty quickly remedied. The unit had not been cleaned when I did get the key, but not even 1-1/2 hour later past the check in time. In fact, the housekeeper showed up 1-1/2 hours AFTER the check in time, but did do a good job. That was the only negative, but it wasn’t a good way to start out my stay. The fact that there is someone on the property at all times is a real plus, really responsive and helpful, too.

Hotel is really a condo with a few rooms for nightly rental. Identifying their parking was hard to find, It was for the condo dwellers and if you did park there it was $35/ night. After 5pm the city parking across the street becomes available. The room was small but with nice appliance and cleaning supplies for the kitchen and laundry. Room is not air conditioned except for a portable A/C unit in the bedroom closet. The bed in the bedroom is heavy wood and sticks out beyond the mattress. Watch out for your shins.

The units are always clean and welcoming, The bottle of wine and KIND bars are a great welcoming addition.

It was great. I had an issue with getting parking fob. I called and a guy was there and came out and helped me. I will be recommend this property for sure!

Enjoyed the whole experience. Rooms were very modern and had high grade amenities. It was great to have a washer and dryer in the room. The wine and ice cream was a nice touch.

the service response to anything was outstanding both on the phone and in-person. coffee shop next door, Umbria, is a 10+ and the location is great - never waited for a ride share > 2 min.

The condo was very comfortable. Good location near Lake Union and some restaurants.

I liked that it was a very clean facility. The only thing that was a problem was the bed. It was small and it was very squeaky. The spring system in the bed made it difficult to turn in bed without waking up. Also, we were not informed that there was free weekend parking literally opposite to the building. Instead we were given a price quote of $90 for 3 days. We went with spothero instead which saved us money, but it would have been free to park just opposite.

This place is so great! The apartments are very cozy and stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. The property is in a great location close to everything. I would book this place again!
