It was great. Although there was strong storm at mid night. My room was safe.☺️ I felt comfortable and could fell a sleep well again.

Checkin was easy and staff was very nice. I would come back again

The guy at front desk on 9/2/25 around 2:20ish was so amazing! I’ll stay here again mainly because of him, but the room was nice & clean.. just what my sister & I needed!

I lovedddddd everything about my stay here. The staff members were SO friendly and attentive. The front desk people at check in and check out were super polite. I went to the restaurant and met Torian (hope I'm spelling it right. Tall guy with braids) he was extremely helpful helping explain menu options. I will definitely be returning!

My stay was enjoyable. The hotel staff provided everything I needed to make me comfortable.

Property on outside is nice bar restaurant however in the room bathtub had rust in it. And we made an inquiry ad my daughter woke up with bites on her.

The conditions of this hotel are ridiculously disgusting. Its a smell throughout the entire hotel. My initial room was unclean. The second room smelled so bad that we checked out at 1am and While leaving the worst bug possible was spotted in our bathroom. Just a disappointing situation all around!!

Cold showers. They don't have hot water 24/7. We got in about midnight and were too tired, so we took cold showers after waiting 30min for the water to warm up. Next day we called and maintenance got it almost hot. We went to a concert that night and came back late and the shower was cold water only again. Hot water couldn't be turned on again since maintenance went home. So 2 cold showers. Staff was very nice and tried to find a room we could shower in with hot water, but we had to leave for airport at 4am, so while waiting we just showered in cold again....

First got to room and a commercial grade fan was blowing on the floor like they had maybe had a flood or something in the room. Went downstairs and they got us a new room right away. Rooms do feel outdated and grungy. Paid breakfast prices were way too high so we ate elsewhere for breakfast. We’re talking like $15/person for hotel food…

Great customer service at the front desk. Room was nice and clean

The front desk and common area was the nicest part of this hotel. The hallways and rooms are very outdated and in disrepair. Carpet coming up from the floor. Random holes cut in the walls. It's the worst Hilton hotel I've ever been in. Oh and there was no hot water!!

There was a very large cockroach in our bathroom the second night we were there. Tried getting ahold of the hotel manager multiple times and were told he would call back, but never heard from him. We’ve stayed at other Double Trees before and thought highly of them, but not this one.

Due to car trouble, we had to cancel our stay and did not get reimbursed.

The bed was comfortable and the lacstion was nice but the water was not hot and the place it self needs some refreshing.
