Charges an arm and a leg for parking (they didn't tell the group that was with us that parking wasn't included we had to break the news). Shuttles are limited to 3-4x a day. When we got there are room key didn't work and we talked to the front clerk twice about it. They finally sent security up turns out we had to tackle the door to get it to open. Stains in the bathtub. The vanity was broken in places with wood sticking out.

Staff was amazing but room cleanliness was not the best, first day we had to kill a fly and second day we found a fake nail on the floor that was not there the first day. Also the shower tub drainage was horrible, water would take forever to go down.

we had a great stay here and front desk staff made the check in as smooth as possible and were great at explaining everything including the parking. I can’t remember what the nice young lady’s name was but she was so sweet!! we will definitely come back to stay here!!

We were only scheduled to stay in this property for one night. Our flight was supposed to land in Orlando at approximately 7:00. We were heavily delayed, and didn’t arrive in Orlando/at the hotel until 5:00 AM. Had contacted staff and they checked us in virtually and after we arrived extended late check out to 12:30 for us, allowing us some extra sleep after a long day of delays. VERY appreciated.

The staff was excellent. The hotel itself was very nice. My only issue is the parking situation. On Travelocity, there wasn’t any instruction that you needed to go inside to check in or that you could do a virtual check in so you don’t need to pay for parking. As this is not clear, we ended up paying for parking for 2 vehicles plus had an additional parking fee taken out of the incidentals charge.
