Great hotel, everyone was fantastic. I met the manager and let him know how wonderful our stay was due to the staff. They were handling the snow storm with grace.

Room was well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of room in closets and drawers. Sofa was very comfortable. Desk was well-placed. Shower was excellent. Loved everything, except that the alarm clock was broken. Brought it to the attention of the desk clerk, who said they would pass it on to maintenance. Not a big deal, but thought it was worth the time to mention.

This location is outstanding if you need to catch an early flight, but the property is tired, out of date, poorly managed and reliant on unsuspecting travelers who seek ease of access to the airport. This was -- BY FAR -- the worst hotel experience I have had in a very long time. Stay elsewhere.

Hallway had an Oder. Called the hotel before booking and again a week before checking in to confirm that we could get an airport shuttle for our 5am flight. Was never once told that there was a charge to leave you car at the hotel with the “free” airport shuttle. The only reason we booked 3 rooms was to save on airport parking. Listing was misleading and so was hotel staff. They had the opportunity to tell us about fees every time we called

Very poor experience. Was greeted kindly by reception and shuttle service, however, upon checking into my room I was very disappointed. The room was very well used and dirty, the work table was in terrible condition, and the shower did not work. There was visible growth in the tub too. They ended up transferring me into a different room.

I was sad that I was only there for four hours!

Recently my flight was cancelled and I needed to stay overnight in a hotel. I chose yours because I was familiar with the DoubleTree in Cambridge Mass. I was not disappointed.
I have traveled for many years around the world and I can honestly say that I have never received better hospitality than I did at your hotel on December 20, 2024.
I commend your staff: from the friendly driver who picked me up at the airport, the gracious front desk clerk, Lisa, who went out of her way to help me get settled for the night, then I was treated to a special treat when greeted and served by the jovial Adonis at breakfast, finally an extremely helpful and pleasant Sarah for my check-out. Also a pleasant gentleman drove me back to the airport.

Right by the airport terminal. They have a shuttle that runs 24 hours, as needed, to transport to and from the airport. We paid for parking at the hotel during our trip. parking per day was quite reasonable, and on our return we just called the number and they were there in under 5 minutes. Rooms was clean and the hotel is very nice, in general.
