My trip was amazing I truly appreciated all of the staff especially Nia, Daniella, Lee, and everyone who work at the desk and Keisha, and the cleaning crew along with Melissa, who work in the dining but we will not ever forget them along with Marvin, and Michael who was very helpful in making our stay comfortable and great if there is anything as going over and beyond our expectations they did but truth is all the staff was fantastic. Thank you all for being a great part of our stay

Very nice and clean. Service was great! Also had a very good location. I wouldn't stay there again anytime. Pricing was reasonable. My only complaint was the bed was a little hard. Test shower I've hat at a hotel! Food was good at the restaurant too.

Very nice and clean. Service was great! Also had a very good location. I wouldn't stay there again anytime. Pricing was reasonable. My only complaint was the bed was a little hard. Test shower I've hat at a hotel! Food was good at the restaurant too.

We arrived about 15 minutes after check in and our room was not ready. We had to sit in the lobby for an hour and a half before our room was ready. We were late for an event we had to attend.

Very friendly and polite staff. My room smelled like dirty mop water. The room felt swampy. Bathroom and shower floor felt filmy.

The property has issues with mold. I took pictures of mold in the bathroom and got move to another room. They room was better. Exiting the elevator, you see mold on the ceiling. The hotel and restaurant are nice but must have some type of water issue because mold is throughout.

Remote was not working; maintenence quickly replaced the remote for a working one.
Bathroom sink was slow to drain.
My key card failed to work; front desk quickly re-keyed my cards

Very good stay overall. Had an issue with a leak but was rapidly resolved and moved to another room. Comfortable bed and great shower, quite complete breakfast too with convenient hours.
Very good shuttle service to the airport. Cookies are delicious!!

The hotel was clean in the front area and the front staff was courteous. The cleaning staff was not as friendly or efficient as they should have been. I was out of the room from 8am until 3:30pm and my room was not cleaned

I reserved a king bed standard room and when checking in the hotel said that Expedia should not have allowed that since there were no available king beds. So I was forced to pay for a king bed and get a handicapped room with a full bed. I would like a credit.
