Great location, clean, friendly staff, quiet

Nice staff, swimming pool clean and lots of lounge chairs to have family around

Unclean. Staff didn't know what they were doing. We ended up leaving the hotel because sewage was backed up into our bath tub. We were able to get a refund which I am thankful for. It was unfortunate because my daughter named I stayed here a year ago and had a lovely experience. This time was a disaster and we will not be returning to this hotel. App won't let me upload pictures.

Easy access to i25 and walking distance to restaurants. A mild problem with homeless encampment but nothing major.

The King Deluxe room was luxurious and value for the quality was reasonable.

Great stay and very comfortable bed.

Everything was amazing and food was great

The unit was very clean and appeard quite new. The unit did have some curious sounds present themselves periodically. The units lighting was minimal but OK.

The only thing I was not a fan of was how dirty the bathroom was. I had to get my own disinfectant wipes to clean. There were other people’s hair everywhere in the bathroom. Was a little gross

Service was great and friendly. However, my room was a bit smelly when I got in and wasn't in the best condition.

This time there wasn’t many homeless compared to last time around the property

Clean hotel. Not a fan of their beds. If I had company we would have ended up on the floor so not to wake the neighbors. But the floors are hardwood so not sure that would work either. Lol

Cookies were great

Starbucks is right across the parking lot as well as many options for food, near by.

I personally would not stay here again. The hotel was extremely noisy. I had a horrible rumble sound in my room every few hours making it impossible to sleep!

I stayed in a castle!

The pool was closed the hole time and hot tub not vary sound proof.
