The rooms were spacious and the dining options were nice after a long day. We did have to ask to have our room cleaned and serviced as both rooms we had were missed. Not sure how that happens. Also not happy to have to pay for parking when you are a guest there. It should be included for guests. Also no microwaves in the rooms due to “fire hazards” while other places do offer them in the rooms. Overall a good experience other than having to ask to get rooms done.

Hotel staff was very friendly and the lobby area was amazing , stayed full of guest. Always greeted upon exit and entering by the staff! Great and safe place to stay for girls trip

Housekeeping staff is awesome. We stay in Denver a bunch and some hotels are hit and miss if they will clean rooms. This hotel was great and the rooms were cleaned daily. The full sized beds in the rooms are kind of a small joke.

All if your Staff was very kind helpful and friendly. The ballroom for My grandmother's 100th birthday celebration was was beautifully decorated and the dinner menu was wonderful. Thank you for your hospitality

Very nice place

I wanted to like this place because of the convenience to the highway, but this is not suitable for a family of 4 (2 teenagers)The rooms are small, beds are small. Not much extra room. They wouldn’t even bring us a roll away bed so my teenage daughter had to sleep on the floor. It was the middle of winter and no place in the room to hang coats and scarves on the wall, as we used the closet for our actual clothes. Just very small and cramped with all the winter luggage for 4 people. The coffee shop was nice and friendly. Everything was clean. The extra money for parking seemed a bit excessive since the covered parking was limited.

They upgraded our room for no additional fee. Room was awesome!!

Great stay with great service HOWEVER it would have been 50x better if they offered room service for any of the 100 restaurants downstairs. Makes no sense.

Large, beautiful lobby with fireplace. Warm cookies were offered at checkin. The value for what we paid was good. Good shower. Comfortable and clean room. Breakfast was available although not included. I didn’t appreciate the $18 charge for parking in their own parking lot though.

This is the first time we have stay at this hotel. We were very happy with it.

Traveling alone with my daughter, I liked the security of having to use our room key to activate the elevators.

We were there for weekend getaway. We had an amazing time.

Good value for an overnight stay night before a flight. Hotel facility seemed safe, but not sure about surrounding area.

The view from the room was very pretty and the hot rub was nice. Although the jet was not working the food was great and the other people staying there was fun to talk to. Great community and staff!
