Water was turned off one night for sewer maintenance. Hot water service was out for most of a different day.

It was very nice , the only thing was the shower didnt have hot water only look warm

The staff at the front desk were very professional and nice. The room was very cleaned. During my stay I was given cleaned towels and a well made bed every day. I would highly recommend this spot.

Rooms need updating. Didn’t sleep much due to terrible bed and noisy neighbors at 2am

Property is quite dated. No fridge in the rooms?? Old lamps.

room was not the best condition, bathroom was tiny no place to set your belongings

I was given the wrong room number to start with so I was trying to open someone else's room door and my deposit has not been returned over a week later and this is not the first time I've had issues with the deposit there is always an excuse

The pictures on the ad did NOT match the hotel. moldy , mildewy and the bathrooms are tore up and filthy.

Room didn’t have a fridge or a microwave. Didn’t have water either. Had to go to the gym to get some water. Bathroom wallpaper was in bad shape, and shelves were broken. Room felt very outdated and there a lot of wind coming through he glass sliding door. Had to pay $20 for Parking each night, even though the gates were open the entire time. Gym was good though.

The staff were great and location convenient, though the fire alarms and very dirty rooms/halls were a bit off-putting. I could not see paying this rate again for this hotel without them renewing and cleaning it up.

Front desk and lounge employees were very kind and helpful. BUT - The heat was broken in my room and the shower dripped all night. This was not the best conditions to sleep in when it was 30 degrees outside.

For starters, when I first checked into my room the heat didn’t work inside the room. They switched my room to a smaller room. There’s no refrigerator or microwave in the room. For the price I paid for this room over three hundred dollars for two nights it wasn’t up to my standards. Furniture had water damage. I found hair in the shower. For the price it was horrible. Bothe sides of the hotel had balconies in the rooms but only one side had chairs and a table on the balcony which is insane to me. We had to evacuate because someone started a fire in a room. Was told I couldn’t get a late check out at 12pm. I won’t ever stay there again. Wish I could’ve gotten a refund and booked another hotel.

The bedspread was dirty on one of the beds. The Ice machine was broken on my floor and the floor below. There was no refrigerator. The sliding door to the balcony was very difficult to open. There was no menu provided for food services downstairs. Housekeeping came to the room an hour before checkout asking when I was leaving as if I were taking too long. The tub was rusted and the carpet was dirty

Room needs a little better up keep.

Quiet

The rooms are beat up. Poorly maintained. Carpet stained. The restaurant is poorly designed. The $20 breakfast should be included. Its poor quality.

Our room smelled musty, the sink in the bathroom was dirty, and the vents have never been cleaned. Dust was caked on the vents in the room and the bathroom. The beds were clean and comfortable though.
