The front desk representative Andrea was wonderful and went above and beyond to find additional pillows for me at 9pm at night when staff had already left. This is my second time in a month staying at this property and both times I have had good experiences

My recent stay at this DoubleTree was disappointing, especially given the rates they charge. The decor, carpet, and most of the interior seem untouched since my prom in the 90s. The room had stained walls, outdated furniture, and curtains that didn’t block light properly. The front desk experience was equally lackluster. The check-in staff was unfriendly, as though I was bothering them, and the rest of the desk staff during my stay were similarly unhelpful and unwilling to assist. For example, there were no plastic utensils available at the coffee bar, and guests had to ask at the desk to enter the pool area, which felt distrustful. The hotel’s policies and processes are outdated. Laundry requires quarters instead of offering electronic payment. I requested a late check-out, but instead of confirming it, I was told to call back in the morning. When I did, they negotiated a check-out time but didn’t accommodate my simple request of 1 PM, even though cleaning staff were loud and disruptive, making rest difficult. I was visiting family Leominster and came down with the flu, so I booked this hotel to avoid burdening others. Unfortunately, rest was hard to come by due to the thin walls and noisy environment. While the beds were comfortable, it was frustrating that food deliveries weren’t allowed to bring orders to rooms—an inconvenience when sick. Additionally, I noticed a $100 charge for incidentals” on my bill without explanation at check-in. The only positive was the bed.

I stayed at a room that was very dirty . Bathroom shower had a nasty old bandage with blood . Curtains were stained . Restaurant was very nice .

Whole experience was smooth, beds were incredible!!! Liked the small add ons, like cookies, my name on the tv when i walk in, and the digital key.

Front staff lacking in warmth and welcome; provided no direction toward parking or finding way to room. Bathroom faucet would leak water onto counter. Homeless sleeping in front entry upon arrival. This is not up to the caliber expected at a Doubletree.

There were multiple stains on my sheets prior to me using them. I took pictures in case I wasn’t believed. Also, the woman at the breakfast that I paid each day for yelling at me in front of other customers so I only went once; I don’t need to be made to feel like a little girl in front of people, that’s not what I paid for. VERY disappointed and will be staying somewhere else next month when I return to the US

Everything was great!

I think the detailed cleaning was done 6 months ago, and many people do not care, but I wrote my name on the dust on the coffee machine.

Easy, friendly check in. Property is clean and comfortable

A good breakfast. Furniture is worn out. The carpet is disturbing. We booked for 5 nights, hotel was close to relatives, they never vacuumed the carpet. The housekeepers didnt have a vacuum cleaner. I never saw one. I will stay further away from family, next time.
