작은 호텔입니다. 주차장은 따로없고 호텔주변 사설 주차장을 이용하거나 호텔과 계약된 주차장 이용 가능합니다.24시간 주차에 65$ 정도 이며 호텔과 계약된 곳은 58$로 할인이 좀 됩니다. 월스트리트 황소동상과 도보4분 거리로 가깝고, 자유의여신상 크루즈 중 50분 타는 크루즈 선착장 Pier16이 도보 15분 거리내에 있습니다. 조식은 커피, 빵, 베이컨, 과일 조금 등 전형적인 미국 Breakfast정도 수준으로 기대는 많이 안하셔야 합니다. 엘레베이터는 작은 편이고 체크인 로비는 2층인 점 참고하세요.

A very nice hotel

Nice property convenient for Penn Station which is why I booked.

The elevators qere busy at all times and took forever to go up and down to the room. Since we were at a 31st floor stairs were not an option

Very clean and welcoming

Nice staff. Will definitely stay again even though rooms were very small.

Window AC unit ran 24/7…it would not shut off. We called the office and they said someone would check it out but they did not.

Overall, the DoubleTree by Hilton New York Downtown offered us a comfortable and convenient stay for our special weekend. We were greeted with cookies on the house during check-in, room was very clean and notes were acknowledged by front desk. Ideal choice for travelers looking to explore Lower Manhattan.

This hotel is located in a very noisy area. It sounded like garage trucks were making pickups every few hours. It was extremely loud and even on the 19th floor. I could not sleep. Also, DoubleTree has horrible customer service by phone. If you are not calling to book a new reservation, there reps hang up on you!!!

Pretty disappointed. The website said there's valet parking but actually none. We arrived at night around 9pm, have to park in a parking lot several blocks away . With hotel validation we paid $58/night for parking. My husband had to walk back to hotel. We paid over $400 a night but basically no service at all at this hotel. Even no water offered in the room, you have to buy at lobby for $3. All Hilton hotel around the world offer free water. I told front desk I am Hilton Hornor member and she offered me two free water for the first night. The room is quite small and only two elevator working most of the time. You have to wait for quite some time to get to your room if it's rush hour. The phone in the room either is not working or no one answer the phone. We tried to call for help getting luggage downstairs but not successful. The only good thing is location, you can walk around wall street. Won't stay in the future

The financial district was chill for a family vacation, with great restaurants that aren't too busy available nearby. This was a great location for some basic touristy stuff like the staton island ferry, and the world trade center (and ferry to hoboken).

The hotel is very conveniently licated

Nice hotel with modern and reasonably sized rooms. Location great for using the Subway and for the Financial District. One slight issue like with many hotels in this part of town - there are not enough elevators to service the property meaning it takes ages to go and from your room. Other than that, a great place to stay.

Great spot for a tourist with local knowledge and kids.

Rooms are small but comfortable, staff were all excellent and friendly. Issues with the elevators- they were SLOW, and would occasionally bring you up many floors before going down. Several times we gave up waiting, they never showed. Leave yourself extra time to exit the building via elevator. Otherwise great and good quick service food options nearby for breakfast and lunch.

Small bed. It seemed smaller than a double. Also the lifts were an issue. At times only 2 of the 3 available and long waits both from ground and the floor I was staying on Good area though. Close to subway stations and iconic views on the seaport
