호텔 주위도 치안이 안좋아 보이고, 호텔 자체도 청결함이 없고 주차료도 하루에 50불을 받는등 아주 좋지 않습니다.

Friendly staff

The body lotion and conditioner were empty when I checked in the room and used the shower the first night. Also, they had put one shower towel for double queen bed accommodation. I requested the reception the next morning specifically mentioning the lack of supplies and asked them to ensure that the bottles are filled up. In the evening, the bottles were still empty despite that the room was serviced. Overall the hotel seemed really unkept.

Poor lighting outside entrance of hotel. You see a big silver fence just before the entrance There were crumbs on the floor in room I stayed in. I arrived at 8:30 pm on Friday due train delay. Shower needs to have another handle bar to get out of shower. There is one right next to toilet on wall not enough space to walk through Wallpaper was peeling from wall in bathroom. Staff did not state any other place to get a bite to eat. There was no staff in the restaurant on Friday, just guest. Breakfast was not to tasty.

Used to have small buffet breakfast, Not much, but nice for a start to the day. Now it is a sit down with rude waitresses and $5 cups of coffee with less than good food. What a shame.

The toilet was dirty in a very noticeable place. Left a bad impression

Arrived after 11:10PM and had to leave at 5:30AM. Alarm clock didn't work - requested a wakeup call for 4:15 left the room at 5:15 - Never received the wakeup call. Did get a cookie and bought a soda since we last ate at 8:00AM in Fort Meyers. Spent the entire day sitting in a plane or flying from Fort Meyers to Newark. Caught the Hotel Shuttle at 9:00PM only to find out that it took us to the wrong Hilton. After about a 45 minute delay at the first hotel I finally got an UBER to the correct hotel.

It was good for a weekend stay

The staff were nice and accommodating.

Spent a couple days here while I visited NYC, it connected directly to the transit area which was convenient. Definetely better prices than a hotel in NY. Staff at the hotel were good, they were friendly. In terms od cleanliness, it was pretty well maintain throughout the building but in the room we stayed in there were some stains on the bed sheets/towel. I also found it noisy at night, not sure if its because I was in one of those joint room or whether the neighbors were just exceptionally inconserated to 3 in the morning. Overall thoughts, its a good place for your buck. I would consider it again if I went back.

Heat was off in my room when I arrived and it’s 20 degrees outside. It took more than 24 hours to warm up

Pros: connecting passageway from hotel to penn station, which let us take the path train right to World Trade Center in NYC. Super easy and convenient. They had a hotel shuttle from Newark airport which we used. Cons: The hotel itself was a little dirty in the rooms. We ran out of TP on the first night and called them for more they said housekeeping couldn’t come until the next day which we thought was strange they couldn’t find a single roll anywhere for us. Not great problem solving

Staff was super nice and helpful, no complaints about this hotel at all.

I'm very used to this hotel and came back many times, but this one time was different because we had a pet with us and they are not pet friendly. We were not told at the check in but 2 hours later when i came to request information about the parking fees. Later next day around 9pm i came again to request a blanket and i ended up enforced with a pet disturbance violation fee of 250.00 and kicked out from the hotel. Anyway it will be resolved but they should be clear at first about hotel rules at first check in.

The connectivity to NYC is un parallel.

Check in was very seamless. The reception agent TT was such a pleasure to deal with. Very friendly and helpful.

It was great

When we arrived, the receptionist, who had already finished her shift, was very dry and told us that there was no room ready for us and that we should wait at least 30 minutes. We understood, but an hour had passed and she had already left and there was no communication between the shifts. After a long wait, we went back to reception and the girl there was much nicer, handed over the keys and we went upstairs. The room was super dirty. The carpet was horrible and stank. The bed linen looked like it hadn't been changed by the previous guest. We were very tired after driving for 9 hours. The sheets and towels were full of hair. We found disposable cups from previous guests under the bed. The pillows stank. We paid for extremely expensive room rates and we didn't even get room service for cleaning on one of the days. We won't be returning and we don't recommend it. The staff are neither helpful nor friendly. The rooms stink and the cleaning service is terrible.

Perfect for affordable stay close to Penn Station. Easy access to the city.
