수도에서 이상한 냄새가 나서 샤워, 양치할 때 불편하고, 수건에 먼지가 매우매우 많아서 얼굴과 몸에 남아있었음. 밤 늦게까지 시끄러운 사람들이 많아 자는데 불편하였음. WiFi는 잘되었고, 직원들의 전체적인 서비스 자체는 만족스러웠음.

Room was eh, instructions weren’t clear we had to park quite a ways away from the room And there was a party until at least 2 AM in a room of a family of guests And then there were blaring horns at 5 AM so it was pretty unpleasant. Also, the towels felt like sandpaper wouldn’t stay there.

Dated property,misleading marketing which shows high rise tower, but unit provided was ground floor ext corridor motel, next to noisy pool

Parking was absolutely ridiculous. The fact that they charge what they do and you need to park miles away from you room is crazy. Spots were being occupied by golf carts and rocks for a landscaping projects

First the hotel and property was not that clean. I bought a $25 card for game room. It took machine 30 minutes to produce card. I went to front desk and they said they don't own the machine and couldn't do anything about it. Unless I got my credit card bill to show and they would the dispute with gaming company. The Parking is TERRIBLE I Mean TERRIBLE! Then last my wallet was stolen out of my room. I will not ever come back to this Double tree.

Hard to find parking.

We didn’t like having to carry our luggage up and down the stairs in the villa.

Room we were booked in was basically an old motel that is next to the nice hotel that was pictured online. Room was old and dirty so we asked to switch to the actual tower hotel. They did switch our room but at an extra cost. Be sure to double check before you book.

The internet was down and they refused to do any checkins even with confirmations. It was 1am and we waited over an hour before we had to cancel and book somewhere else. Then the desk manager gave me a hard time about putting the issue in writing so I could contact corporate for a refund. It was after midnight so I could not cancel on my own app. He gave me his name and said he would personally process the refund and cancellation but I have not seen it yet. I will be on the phone with corporate on Monday.

The property was very close to the convention center and other theme parks. Dining was just ok at the restaurant on property but it was very close to other restaurant options

I messaged through the app that I was going to be late. When I arrived, they gave my room away and I had to find another hotel on my own. Then- they said I may be billed a no-show fee. Luckily I haven’t seen that fee and hope they don’t charge me. Expedia never relayed my message to the hotel (that’s what they said) but I can see an acknowledgement of my note in Expedia.

The rooms in the villa didn’t have good ventilation and the carpet and bed was (for lack of a better word) moist.

Moved me to a different hotel

Very nice property and the location was perfect for the convention center, as well as sightseeing around Orlando. The staff was very helpful, but information about the shuttle service was a bit confusing. We were told there was a free shuttle to the parks, but when we inquired about using it we were told there was no more service for the day. (at 9 AM)

I never received my incedemtal money back and never got a receipt for what was taken from that deposit

the water has a bad smell when washing hands or showering

It’s was fine, just ridiculous they charge you $35 to park your car and then a $40 resort which is fine I’m use to in Orlando but normally everywhere else refund it’s after your stay nope I was told $25 of that is non refundable. So you’re lucky if you get $15 back. Yeah we won’t be staying again because no matter the price of the room you might as well add $60 on top of that.

There was a lot of security which can sometimes build a sense of security. Unfortunately, seeing as much as we did did not build that confidence. Also seeing exterminators on a couple of days didn't build confidence, either.

The air conditioner whistled throughout the night. The bathroom was beaten up and the door wouldn’t fully close.
