Poor maintenance overall

I wouldn't definitely stay again

We had a amazing stay and everyone was so helpful and nice

Room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable. Tub was pitted, stained and drain needed some love. Pool area is decent - gets great sun. Small Starbucks in lobby was a plus! Bar/lounge only serves basic drinks, no cocktail menu. Walkable for a lot of the downtown area. Would stay again

Something I noticed is a huge difference of the Hilton’s in Canada VS Hilton’s in the USA. Hilton is always my go-to back home (Canada) but we went to two and they’re so different from each other where in Canada I can expect the same things from what’s included and what isn’t. For example, for breakfast, we went to one that was included in the price where this one was $17.99 per person and wasn’t even sure what kind of food we were getting into so we vouched out of that. Another thing is paying for wifi for $10 a day, there was a free option too but was completely shocked how high speed isn’t included. Also something back home, they include is makeup wipes in the washroom, mouth washes and etc. I was expecting those little things as they are the weird stuff that just add that personal touch that keeps me coming back. I don’t think I would stay in another Hilton in the States just because I can’t expect the same things at all the locations as they are different. The staff were all super friendly and I enjoyed my cookie upon arrival which was a nice gesture.

The room was very close to the highway and it was hard not to be disturbed by the noise. The bathroom did not have any ammenities, besides shower gel and shampoo. The shower only had a fixed sprayer, not a moving one. Inside the room they did not even give out free water bottes, they charged 3$ for them, unless you became a member of Hilton. The breakfast was poor and simple. It did not have anything special and was short of everything. This is not what you expect of a 4* Hotel for the high price they charge whatsoever. They did not offer a late-check out option... All in all, this is the queality of a 2* Hotel, not 4* at all.

I had a great stay, comfortable bed, room supplies replenished every day, breakfast staff always gave me a nice start to the day. Possible to walk into the downtown area.

Convenient location.

The building is a little bit old, but is really nice and clean. No complaints at all.

Easy check in and courteous staff. Parking at 32.00 /day is a bit much but attached to hotel.

It's location was ideal for the Orlando downtown area

We had a nice visit, but parking was outrageous. Whether you used valet parking, or not, the fee was still $30 a night in the garage. Street parking was very limited and left your vehicle exposed to passersby. We had two cars, so we had to pay $60 a night.

Very convenient location. The hotel bar and restaurant good service and food. Staff were helpful.
