Front desk was super helpful and friendly. Housekeeping was just as delightful. Will be back again.

There was very loud music and next-door room. I couldn’t sleep all night and there was smell like a month in the room. I don’t know how this four star hotel.

Needs updates

The stay was fine. The staff were great overall. My one concern was the water - sulfur/rotten egg smell that I hadn’t smelled since growing up on an acreage with well water.

First time in Phoenix and was a great area and very convenient for the grocery stores and restaurants will come back soon and love the cookies.

Our family picked this hotel because it is pet friendly. But I guess others don’t understand the proper etiquette of picking up after your pets so there were droppings all over the grass. Watch your step! I guess the hotel isn’t at fault for that… Rooms are very small, the A/C wasn’t working so the room was super stuffy and muggy. We slept with the window open (it only opens slightly) in January because it was so stuffy and it was still hot. We called the front desk to report the A/C problem and they said they would have maintenance take a look. They either never did, or they went but didn’t fix it. There was literally no air coming out of the duct. The area was convenient, close to restaurants, a Walmart around the way, a Hooters and Metro Bar across the street so there was an obvious police presence at night. No complimentary breakfast but you can order at the restaurant downstairs. All in all, I would only stay again if I absolutely had to.

Stayed for 3 nights. Everything was smooth and easy. Breakfast was good every morning!

Nice stay

I didnt like the water pressure

It's a nice clean place to stay. Couple of down sides, the pool has been out of service for over a year and the area is starting to slide.

Review from a Type A person, who's also a germaphobe. I've previously stayed at this hotel 17 years prior. My recent trip was my first time back since. Lets start with the great things; staff, room (I am one of those people that HAVE to check for bed bugs, there were none), walls and ceiling a little outdated, but does not impact my review. The first night the heater in our room would not work, so it was cold, but after calling the front desk, they immediately sent maintenance and it was taken care of in no time. The pool was being renovated during our stay, but given it was during January, I have no complaints. Staff was superb, very accommodating, and friendly. Now the not so good. The surrounding location was not as nice as I remember it, but then again with the homeless population increasing in Phx, it was disheartening. There are many homeless people around the area. But there is a security onsite checking the parking area of the hotel, but I am not sure what their working hours are. Our vehicle and belongings were fine. If i had to, I would stay at this hotel again, given its cleanliness and staff.

Perfect area and nice hotel. Very quiet and restful

Very nice, parking was a little tight for those arriving late.

The room rate was attractive, the hotel has very thin walls. First night was a noisy family who made no attempt to get their child to talk with inside voices. The second night was a very noisy couple role playing session that ended in loud coitus. The air conditioning unit fan sounded like a plane engine with a broken part. The surrounding area had a lot of homeless people who would smoke - so no opening windows and they would get into altercations in the middle of the night.

Check-in was friendly and quick. The only negative was that both outlets between the beds were loose and none of our blocks would stay in to charge. With three people needing to charge computers and phones, this made it challenging to get them all to 100% before we left this morning.

I loved that there were several restaurants near by and a Wal-Mart a few blocks away
