DoubleTree by Hilton Portland-Lloyd Center

Our stay was nice but I wish they didn’t thrown away my breast milk pumps. For a Hilton brand, I was surprised because of the dilapidated condition of the property and its quality of products. Our room was clean but we did find an old piece of poop stuck to the shower curtain. There was a ceiling piece that was open and not closed all the way, you can see the black dust on it. We requested for a fridge and microwave to keep breast milk for our baby and we got it right away and delivered by a very wonderful staff member. The microwave came with a broken door though, it was a very inexpensive microwave, which I don’t care too much about because we were not there for long but I am sure Hilton/Doubletree could have replaced broken appliances that barely cost anything to begin with. In our haste to pack and leave with our 3 young children, I had forgotten my breast milk pump bottles in the fridge. I called them about an hour or less later to check the fridge and please save the bottles for me to pick up. They said they’ll look for it and call me. The call never came an hour later so I had called back and they said they didn’t find anything. That’s just pretty horrible because they just threw it away and lied about it. As a mom with a baby to feed, I was pretty upset and frantic. It was my fault to forget it but it was in the fridge, any mother could understand my distress. it could have been kept in there lost and found, they were milk bottles. It was disappointing.

Stay was okay. Wish parking was included with the 7 night stay. Parking is $29 a day.

There was no refrigerator or microwave. The elevators were not working properly. 3 of the 3.

The DoubleTree in Portland was fantastic after traveling all day. Highly recommend.

I've never stayed at a hotel that didn't provide a microwave or refrigerator!

We had such a great stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton near the Lloyd Center! Right from check-in, everything felt warm and welcoming. They even give you fresh, warm chocolate chip cookies — such a nice touch! One of the best parts was the outdoor pool. We went swimming and really enjoyed it — it’s perfect for families and a great way to relax. We also ate at the buffet they have on-site, which made things super easy and tasty, especially with kids. Our room had a balcony, which made the stay feel even more special. The elevators are really cool too — you can see out as you ride up, which the kids thought was awesome. Everything about the stay felt clean, safe, and very family-friendly. It’s a great spot for both kids and adults, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable hotel in Portland!

There is no refrigerator in the room

The property was not the greatest, the staff was not willing to help out with much of the concerns that I addressed. The upscale rooms that they are charging high rates for also do not come with refrigerators or microwaves for convenience of the guest that are staying there. Our sheets were very dirty and it was hard to get a clean set of sheets from the staff

There was a nice parking garage. It is close to the Moda center. It was easy to get back and forth.

Great location and enjoyable stay. Just a little trouble at check-in, my room wasn't ready even though it was way past the check-in time. But it quickly became available in a few minutes, so, all good.

Check-in was so easy and quick, even when it was a busy day for the hotel with an event going on. The hotel is slightly older than some places I've stayed, but it was clean. Our room was quiet, and the bed was comfortable. For our purposes, the location couldn't be beat. I do wish the room had a mini refrigerator and microwave. Those were the only things I was disappointed about.

Comfortable bed, clean room, warm cookies at the front desk make for a nice stay. Older property that does need a little maintenance here and there, but certainly a good place to stay.

The room and property were clean and modern. The hotel is located in a centric location near downtown with easy access. Our room was spacious and easily accommodated a family of 4.

Very easy to navigate, fantastic staff.
