When I come to San Diego, I always enjoy staying at this hotel. The staff is friendly and always willing to help especially on what hat to wear with my outfit. They are very personal.

A pesar de que el hotel es viejo, se encuentra en excelentes condiciones. Camas muy cómodas y muy limpio. Agradable ambiente en general y muy bien ubicado.

The facility is beautiful, but it pales in comparison to the staff at the hotel who were wonderful to us. We had two rooms and required two cribs which were put in the rooms when we arrived. The front desk staff could not have been nicer or more responsive to our needs and the waiters in the restaurant were wonderful especially since we had two children under 2/12. Food was great and we had a great time. Highest recommendation.

In general, the accommodations were as advertised and comfortable.There was a perfumed odor in the lobby and 2nd floor that was strong and very unpleasant to me, and irritated my asthma. Not a lot of good places to eat nearby.
