My initial experience checking and setting up my digital room key with Luna at the front desk was pleasant. My stay went downhill from there. The morning after check-in I realized the plumbing was failing in my tub/shower area. Hot water wasn’t flowing from the tub faucet or shower head. Also the lever to switch between faucet or shower flow was broken and water fell from both independent of switch position. The next room I was moved to had a heavy leak right over my bed wetting and waking me up at 4am. In the morning. After moving to my third room within a single evening with a tired child the safe wasn’t function in the new room and onsite staff could not solve this problem.

Easy to get to and ride to airport

I was unable to take a shower there was no hot water when i called the front desk I was told they would have someone check it out but when i got up @ 3am still no hot water. I also ate at the underground restaurant the service was terrible and my burger was cild and tasteless. My beer was hot also

Offered pre-paid “breakfast” at their “restaurant.” Unfortunately, no one was in the “restaurant” so no “breakfast.” Appears poorly run. Other choices around. PS: Sullen airport shuttle driver

Big and clean room. The interior was also nice.

There was a strong mildewy odor of previously wet carpets. The hotel shuttle stops running at midnight. The staff was pleasant and the location convenient.

Cleanliness and accessibility

The front desk person LUNA was helpful. Close to the airport.

I was surprised that there was not a refrigerator and microwave! The sink faucet had a leak that spilled out onto the counter and there was no conditioner. The cookies weren’t as soft as normal either. But we always love the Double Tree

This has become my preferred hotel when I go home. The location is excellent! Close to airport and car rental as well as a good breakfast place within walking distance. Staff is friendly and room service is excellent.

This is an excellent hotel and the restaurant down stairs is good too. Staff is great and rooms are excellent

The check in was great, the staff was wonderful, went downstairs to get something to staff there was great, but the food was horrible .
