방은 크지 않아도 깨끗했음, Applebee바로 옆이라 포장해와서 먹기편함, 밤새 돌아가는 히터소음+기계 소음, 뷰가 주차장이라 블라인드는 올릴수가 없었음,

The location was ok. Walking distance to good food, coffee, shopping. Whole Foods was really close if you wanted snacks or groceries. Our room had a super pungent smell of air freshener. It was awful!! I had noticed when we got to the room the door was cracked open and I’m assuming that’s why. Window opened right into the parking garage which was weird. You had to keep the curtains closed. So it felt like a dark, smelly cave. We were only there one night. Check in was fast and the lady was nice. Check out, I’d honestly never encountered someone so rude at a hotel. I was shocked. Barely got a hello.

Would have given 5 stars but the conditioner bottle was attached to the wall but pump wouldn’t work. The pillows made a lot of noise like plastic in them. Comfy bed tho!!!

When visiting the medical center in downtown St. Louis, this hotel is very convenient. Located to many of the facilities with easy parking and walking to most locations. The rooms have been updated. The beds are comfortable and clean. They do offer for breakfast in the lobby.

Very good place to stay for visiting person in the hospital. So convenient! It’s a high traffic hotel, so things are in good condition but a bit worn. Hotel smells of powerful cleaning chemicals…so it’s clean, but not a pleasant smell. You will pay for parking!!

We have stayed at this hotel many times in the last 10 years because of the closeness and convenience to BJH. It’s always clean and comfortable. I really miss the days when it wasn’t operated by Hilton, however, because there were no added charges for parking or breakfast. Coffee, juice, popcorn and fruit were available always in the lobby. They always before offered a discount for patients of the hospital, also. Still, I give them a good review for cleanliness, comfort and quietness.

This place is conveniently located near the Delmar Loop, where we had a concert. Rooms were clean, staff courteous. Parking is very reasonable for a large city, and the garage is easy to get to. My only gripe would be the overpowering air freshener or whatever it was. It smelled clean, but too much—through the lobby and entire hotel. I get migraines from strong fragrances, and I’ve noticed other hotels have started using strong air fresheners too.
