The room was very nice but in the morning the water was out for the entire hotel we checked with the front desk and we told since we went through a third party there was nothing that could be done

Plugs on the wall didn't work. I plugged my CPap into a wall plug and went all night without realizing I was not getting any air because never came on.
Bathroom counter is too high for average person. I am 5'4" and had to stand on my tiptoes to wash my face!

The hotel was FANTASTIC! Whenever we plan on returning or going through Lake Charles for future events or family visits this WILL DEFINITELY be our go-to hotel. Management was superb, the room was very comfortable and spacious, and the bar down stairs was quite accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Good stay other than some of the breakfast food was not properly prepared and cooked. Location was close to casinos and softball park for our tournament.
