Great customer service!

Staff was great, location great. Bed and pillows not so great.

Noisy rooms. We could hear Conversations several rooms away. Broken stopper for the sink. Water would not drain. No TV remote in the room. Once we received a remote and turned on the TV there was NO signal so no channels no TV. Old beat up scared furniture. I overpaid for what I received!

The staff was very helpful and pleasant.

The cookies are the only thing I liked. Hotel is outdated, no complimentary breakfast, no pancakes, old tv and no alarm clock. No laundry facilities

The rooms need a refresh - crackling paint, stains on mirrors, old steel doors. I would have expected much more from a doubletree.

Great staff, accommodated me very well since I am Deaf.

This was a nice overnight stay after flying into BWI. Parking is tricky with limited spaces but still convenient. Lights in the shower would have been helpful as it felt like I was showering in the dark even with the bathroom light on. Overall: I would recommend this place and I would stay here again!

Other then my heat not working and having to move to another room after several attempts to fix it, my stay was good.

Very quick and easy check in process, the woman who checked us in was friendly and gave us our warm cookies which is one of the reasons we continue to book with Double Tree! Room was clean and bathroom toiletries & towels were stocked. My complaint was the pillows in the room - they were atrocious. They were so soft you could roll them up to the size of a softball, when you put your head on them your head touches the mattress. My boyfriend went down to the front desk to ask if they have any pillows that were more firm, and they told him we had to request them ahead of time and they couldn’t do anything (this was around 1:00 AM, the employee wasn’t busy with other guests). I didn’t see an area when I was making the reservation to request better pillows, let alone an area to type that in. I have a degree in hospitality management and I’ve never heard of a hotel that doesn’t have extra pillows available on hand for guests who need them. Maybe it’s a new policy since Covid but it sounds like the employee just wanted to be lazy instead of taking the 2 minutes to get us better pillows. This employee is the reason we will be trying one of the many other hotels in the area for our next stay. Love the brand Double Tree but that employees excuse is not worth coming back to this specific location again, they don’t seem to have many standards when it comes to selecting the employees who represent their company.

Average hotel, mostly kind staff. Small misunderstanding with a bartender, when you order make sure you say a glass, she opened a small bottle and charged us for it because she had twisted the cap off. We were a little shocked because it didnt say on the menu it was for a bottle. The bathroom was outdated, had rusted mirror, little ventilation/no fan, and had old rusted bolts on the toilet. Our mini fridge didnt work, however we chose not to complain. The rest of the room was comfortable. One of two elevators was down during our stay, and we took the stairs. The corridors needed a repainting/cleaning, as was dusty. We found mini grocery was convenient and did the job for minor snacks/soda.

Beautiful hotel

Miss Jackie at the front desk was amazing. Room was clean, although I was at the very very end of the hallway. Warm cookie was awesome, but only got one on the first day only *(sadface). Loved the room, loved my stay, though.

Rooms are comfortable. The check in was easy and the agent was very helpful.

No hassle stay when flying in & out of BWI. Airport transfers & lot for our car.

Quick friendly check in. Clean hotel and rooms. Convenient shuttle to/from the airport. Been staying here for years.
